William Jose statement about the prem league being so' so' different makes me laugh.
Are Goal post's smaller then Jose
Do prem use a smaller ball then.
Perhaps the grass is much longer.
Maybe the pitch is half the size.
THE only difference is in the Prem the ball has to go in the the net
You also need to find the ball in the penalty area and move to it.
Its the same game world over the two sets of goal posts, Simple object to score more goals than the opposition and work hard.

Maybe it’s the system Nuno is playing.
Vitinha was the best player on the field for Portugal U21 against England but can’t get a game in Nuno’s system and the same goes for Pedro Goncalves.
Nuno’s system relays on Neto and Traore racing down either wing and cutting out the centre forward.

Or maybe, just maybe the game is played at a faster pace here. I watched a documentary about 1 year ago when Luther Blissett mentioned that in Italy the ethos is to defend 1st and foremost and try and nick a goal. Likewise Spain with Lineker and Hughes who both said the pace was slower.

We scored one goal in March from three games played. A Connor Coady header. If we are not getting the ball in the box how can Jose be expected to score?
This season before Raul’s injury he was making his own goals as we weren’t even getting the ball to him.

I think it was same article as Yellowstone referring to, I read that since Jose joined our results started picking up, so whether you rate Jose or not his loan signing has helped to get results.
I think there may be a bit of what Yellowstone says about Jose but only a small amount that's my take agreeing mostly with Jas and EfW.
I can't think of more than a handful of opportunities Jose has had in the games he's played it surely can not be down to Jose being not good enough.

Hi Phil, Please tell me how Coady can get on the end of a cross, twice in recent games almost scored.
Yes there is a lack of service, but Jose goal attempts I can't count on one hand, good strikers find the ball in the penalty box, apart from his hold up play which is ok, he is very poor.
As for the team being better since his arrival Have we scored more goals since he has been in the team.
Yes the game maybe faster in the premiership, but its the same game.
too many missed goal chances, silly corners, free kicks, not enough crosses into the box etc. the forwards need to play together more.
I would still play Fabio. he will improve.

Hi Yellowstone my answer to your question to me is Coady had the opportunities through the space created by Jose.
There is one chance Jose for me should of buried and I posted it after the match. it was his debut away at crystal palace a free header from the corner, other than agaisnt Chelsea when he won us the penalty there has only been 1 or 2 half chances for him.
I respect your opinion on Jose I see where you are coming from but I think he needs more time to be judged as its hard for any striker to score goals in the premier league especially with a foreign player coming in mid season.
Time will tell if he is worthy of a wolves shirt.

Phil I was prepared to give jose a chance making allowances for prem faster, grass longer not settling in immediately etc and he certainly does create spaces, but after his last performance he can go. He dosnt seem in anyway to be part of the pack, his effort (? ) Is slow and laboured, he's easily taken off the ball. Fabio on the other hand is now showing signs of what he should, I'd written him off but he's proving me wrong. However with the tail-end of the season coming up and teams well be playing I think jose is the starter and fabio the final 3rd. But who knows what will happen and my trust lies fully in Nuno. Coyw.
