So the suggestion is Bruno wants to give neves 100k a week to keep away from man u. Arsenal etc. Hoever is out of favour with PSV and Ched Adams a possible recruit. Ramos says he dosnt want prem football this summer, and nunes not yet dead in water.

I think the only thing we can read out of that is that Hoever is not really committed to the game.

Hi Abbeywolf,
It feels that this is a big week.
Mendes AND the boss (Guangchang) are both in town.
If they can't tempt Nunes, then that is that with him. However, I am sure there are others being discussed, so I now expect some signings.
Think it is telling that Shi and Sellars appear to be sidelined.
So hopefully some good news on that front as well!

2.) 15 Aug 2022 17:25:13
If that's correct Rugeley, that's got to be good news, whichever way you look at it. It could mean that serious transfers are afoot, I doubt its personnel changes.
To sign what we need Guo Guangchang would probably have to commit some additional funding from Fosun. Keeping Neves, upping his salary plus MGW staying will have altered the landscape and they won't risk another goal drought season, surely. Currently the Wolves/Fosun loan slate is clean. Accepting what Abbey says about Ramos its probably to sort Nunes and a striker, a good one.
Or it might just be that he was gagging for a pint of Bank's and some orange chips.

3.) 15 Aug 2022 17:20:03
Hoever needs selling, I was hoping he’d have a breakthrough season at PSV looks as bad of a deal as the Cutrone one.

I am told nunes deal is all but done with the player TRAVELLING TO ENGLAND to discuss terms (which he hasn’t yet done for anyone else) deadline was today to find one of the big 6 to sign him before he’d explore wolves proposal (we will find out how true this is by next week)

Nothing new on the striker front at the moment.

4.) 15 Aug 2022 18:54:02
It would seem the final problem with nunes is the 45+m sporting want. Ramos maybe playing for big 6 interest and still arrive if none are forthcoming. Personally I feel ched Adams story carries more weight. Looks like we maybe on the verge of being proved wrong on transfers and fosuns ongoing commitment, only time will tell.

5.) 15 Aug 2022 19:08:56
Neil Maupay anyone?

6.) 15 Aug 2022 20:00:18
Maupay is off to forest for 15m. I would of given him a go for that money. We don’t seem to buy proven Prem players though.

7.) 15 Aug 2022 20:38:04
Yes.we only buy Portuguese players ad a rule

31 Aug 2021 10:11:15
Sky saying spurs still interested in adama but we've put £50m tag on him. It'll be interesting right up to 11 tonight.

Abbeywolf

1.) 31 Aug 2021 11:02:57
Jeff is rightly playing hardball with Daniel Levy. £50mil paid up-front, for Traore, take it or leave it. No try-before-you-buy stuff.

2.) 31 Aug 2021 11:05:45
I’ve also seen a report suggesting a late bid by Spurs for Neves. I hope this doesn’t come to fruition.

{Ed002's Note - Ruben Neves (DM/CM) Wolves would look to get as close to €50M as they can should circumstances dictate Neves is sold, but they certainly don't want to sell and have made clear that he has a long-term contract and there have been no approaches at this time. Mr Mourinho is a huge fan and has tried to take him to three different clubs in the past - and he would, I am sure be interested in taking him to Roma but their focus right now iselsewhere. He has always been seen as an option to replace Matic at Manchester United, but they have other priorities to deal with first and preferred options - although they are not working out well so Wolves might see an offer. His agent has been actively offering him around and has spoken with Juventus who are looking to offload players but none that I would expect Wolves to be interested in. The Spurs coach would like him as an upgrade to Sissoko and Ndombele but it is likely both would need to leave as they are looking at another addition in midfield as well. Arsenal have preferred options but his agent is keen to have him move on so they cannot be discounted - although failing to sell Xhaka will likely take them out of the picture.}

3.) 31 Aug 2021 12:49:53
Wolves won't sell Neves with 3 years left on his contract.

{Ed077's Note - we will know for sure in a few hours I guess

04 Jul 2021 10:29:06
So trincao joins us on loan from barca. A 21 Yr old with 6 Portuguese caps and a winger. Do assume that adama definitely going be it at a undervalued fee?

Abbeywolf

1.) 04 Jul 2021 11:47:20
Trincao at 21, played 28 La Liga matches, scored 3 goals, with 2 assists and played 7 UEFA Champions League games for Barcelona.
As well as the 6 full internationals.
Another Neto-type player, which is good for us.
Traore still has 2 years to go on his contract, so I believe he will leave only if Lage decides he is not a good fit for his way of playing.

2.) 04 Jul 2021 15:19:56
Trincao was being talked about as a wonder kid a year or so ago and we've just signed him with a future fee agreed! It's odd because the theme on here from many has been that Fosun are asset stripping and next stop on the track is relegation?! People talking about the players we MAY lose, yet here we are three players signed and still none sold?! It would seem that Fosun can't even do a fire sale correctly eh?! 😝 Could it be that they are in fact trying to improve the club, as I said yesterday these conspiracies are laughable really! 🤣.

3.) 04 Jul 2021 17:30:18
Well BULLYS, comings and going’s there will be. Some people are born doom and gloomers because that is how they like to view life or have closed minds like a cabbage. Others accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative. Fosun are shrewd investors who were hampered by the C.V. and as a Wolves fan I and many remain squarely behind Fosun until proven wrong. Bruno must be given a fair chance while he assembles his chosen squad, hopefully with more players capable of slotting seamlessly from bench, as and when.

4.) 04 Jul 2021 23:36:47
Just watched some show reels of Trincao. If he produces that level every week, we are in for a very special player.

5.) 05 Jul 2021 10:11:14
Jas he certainty looks a super player! When you think he went from a small club like Braga (no disrespect to them by the way just capacity wise) to 100,000 plus at Barca. Its a massive jump for a young player. I think for the money we with luck are getting a player as good as Pedro. Here's hoping he settles well and does it for us!

6.) 05 Jul 2021 19:39:38
I have looked at footage of him too Jas looks good excellent first touch and has quick feet.

Everyone is different and has different feelings towards fosun and wolves but for like minded fans it's great being a wolves fan.

7.) 05 Jul 2021 22:39:34
Trincao is a fantastic talent - who Barcelona didn't really want to get rid of but they are in so much financial trouble and struggling to offload Coutinho, Griezmann, Ousman Dembele etc. for anything like the money they paid for them and want/ need so are having to accept reasonable offers for their very talented youngsters.
I know Alena wants to stay and fight for his place but a deal for him may not be dead if Barcelona can't offload other players they may force him to go and as much as he currently wants to stay that may not mean he wouldn't want to come to us if he was forced to leave so I wouldn't view it as a negative if we do sign him (he's another great talent) .

{Ed002's Note - That is nonsense.}

Adama semedo on bench + guedes, with the extra subs this could be interesting. Hwang starting, is this his day?

Abbeywolf

1.) 13 Aug 2022 15:41:58
Get Hwang off! He's shocking!

2.) 13 Aug 2022 15:54:32
This is begging for Adama's pace, put him up top and take Hwang off. Guedes on for Podence.

3.) 13 Aug 2022 15:59:36
Hwang not having a good game?

4.) 13 Aug 2022 16:12:36
In that case then Golden boy might aswell take off Neto and Podence too!
Hwang is doing ok I think he'll be taken off soon though he is still carrying a injury.

5.) 13 Aug 2022 16:16:23
We ain't going to score today!

6.) 13 Aug 2022 16:38:12
BL to bring on Traore on the 91st minute.

7.) 13 Aug 2022 16:40:35
Just walked in and sas saved a pen ?

8.) 13 Aug 2022 16:44:03
Ait Nouri is a liability. Back to Jonny and Semedo please!

9.) 13 Aug 2022 16:55:50
Has BL not learned anything from last season? why does he leave it so late to make changes?

There is a positive, we haven’t conceded a goal, can other posters share more?

10.) 13 Aug 2022 17:00:38
Not good enough.striker PLEASE!

11.) 13 Aug 2022 17:01:55
Sell him to Man City

12.) 13 Aug 2022 17:20:44
Jose Sa, great save. Hwang waste of time imo. RAN hasn't got the legs back there dosnt know which way to turn. Dendonker did very well, jonny abit off at time, podence, please release the ball earlier, neto just neto brilliant. Guedes looks a solid buy. MGW have we seen his last game for us? a lot of hard work from him and frustration showed. Kilman/collins steady. Finally the way Fulham stalled and with the ref halting things for us our flow took us nowhere sadly, and as for neves, bar the free kick he was captain perfect, although he was risking it abit on a yellow. Hot day abit disappointed but the relief of Sa's save and subsequent VAR intrusion leaves me in hope. COYW.

13.) 13 Aug 2022 17:43:03
Ain’t Nouri definitely a liability Golden boy said it last week as well

31 Jul 2022 21:21:48
So what did we learn tonight?. Hwang isn't the answer. Beuno, ronan, hodge and possibly Campbell for squad. Mosquiro uses his arms too much. Jackson Smith looks a reasonable understudy for time being. That we need what we have known for months a decent striker and line to line midfielder. Given the youth and unfamiliar circumstances I think the lads came out quite well. Farense seemed happy with it all even changing strip at half time. All in all a fair run out and experience. Now Leeds and who can predict what we'll do? Ps. Phil you ok pal? Hope your OK and not tied up in the commonwealth synchronised swimming.!?

Abbeywolf

1.) 01 Aug 2022 06:14:48
Nice one for the updates on the wknd friendly games?
All is OK Abbey cheers.

2.) 01 Aug 2022 08:34:44
Good to here phil. Missed your inputs mate.

3.) 01 Aug 2022 09:16:01
What we learned is that we will more than likely loose Coady, in my opinion the heart of our club. Another sad day in my life of being a Wolves supporter.

4.) 01 Aug 2022 09:51:21
Cheers Abbey to be honest feeling the wind blown out of my sails.
All can change Saturday with a good performance and 3 points.
Personally to lift my own spirits and hopefully if required everyone else's spirits.
COYW COYW COYW

5.) 01 Aug 2022 10:58:32
Phil - why?
Pre- season was actually ok - the injury to Jimenez is a blow but he won't be out long and with Neto/MGW/Traore (not everyone agrees I accept) and Podence we still have lots of creativity and should still be compettive. Sa, Otto, Collins, Kilman, RAN, Dendonker, Neves, Moutinho, MGW/Podence Neto, Traore in a 4,3,1,2 formation. Or for those that don't like Dendonker play Coady as a sweeper in front of the 2 so a diamond mid field 4,1,2,1 2.
Neto and Traore have so much pace and skill we should be still able to open up teams particularly away when hopefully teams will leave a bit of space in behind.
I'm a v negative/cautious person compared to some/many but i'm still v excited by the new season and hope nothing that has been said on here by me or anyone else has diminished your excitement/enthusiasm?

6.) 01 Aug 2022 11:29:06
Just read this Thefutureisoldgold,
Assure you it's no one on here it's being annoyed with myself that is my problem.
The Wolves lift me and stopped feeling that lift.
It's coming back from talking on here with you and Abbey.
Assure you come Friday poets day I will be buzzing full of enthusiasm and excitement.

7.) 01 Aug 2022 15:01:55
Love the pre match hopes expectations and banter on here, Gee wolfs predictions sadly missed but rated's bets always lifts. That's what it should be like, all passionate fans sharing different views and our mental states understood win lose or draw. The excitement grows and seeing the youngsters last night bodes well. My heart says we can win every game even if the brain disagrees, and that's how too approach it, believe.
Bring on the seasons high and lows and share. COYW

8.) 01 Aug 2022 15:34:23
Fantastic post Abbey thumbs up from me?

27 Jul 2022 20:59:30
Now corbinou being loaned out to Blackpool, not his biggest fan but he is a tall forward isn't he.? Unbelievable.

Abbeywolf

1.) 28 Jul 2022 08:34:48
I stand by everything I post my outlook.
I acknowledge there is understandable concerns about having no striker I have thought that all along.
Now the worse case has happened jiminez injury it is clear its no surprise as I agreed with Arddunby regarding injuries and suspensions.
*hit happens now is the highest time for our club our manager our players to stand up and be counted in extreme adversary.

Is Lage system operational with coping without a striker?

We will find out once the season is away.

The posts on 5 subs our thin squad is not questionable but surely our club is prepared for it.

I acknowledge it is very confusing the direction our club is going regarding signings as fosun don't let out much to fans/media.
It's left with all questions and debates amongst fans.

2.) 28 Jul 2022 09:21:40
I agree Abbeywolf. I really try to be positive about Wolves present situation. I read yesterday on Banter that some think we could end up in the top ten. Sorry, but now without a lack of investment (or even the intention to pick up a few out of contract players) and sending players we could use out on loan. I am not surprised that Wolves are now favourites to go down because that is realistic prediction. But like anyone else, I want to be wrong.

3.) 28 Jul 2022 09:23:01
I posted something similar Phil but must have got lost in the ether, I find it unbelievable that so many on here are critical of owner who have bought us top flight football with continual top half finishes for the first time in a long time. Let’s judge the team after a few games, no need to panic, I’m sure fosun have a plan. Obviously if anyone here is an owner of a football club then maybe they will know what they are talking about. Otherwise let’s just chill and wait and see. Being negative and worrying isn’t good for anyone.

4.) 28 Jul 2022 09:26:23
The right Phil debate amongst fans is quite normal and actually it shows how much they care about the club. Wolves have developed a knack of putting us through it at this time of year but generally we go on to do ok during the season. Sometimes I think they make things harder than it needs to be but that's because they're pushing for better players who hold out for 'better offers' I'm sure.
However, we also get the usual suspects that only come on here to post their negativity when the club suffers a setback. It's quite legitimate to post doubts and concerns or positivity when it's due but constant negativity in every post says more about them than the club imo.

5.) 28 Jul 2022 09:26:29
Very well said phil. I also feel after a night's rest that it isn't the end of the world to lose raul, we have many more approaches that can produce goals, (so far he scored a pen, capitalised on goalies mistake, all the others produced from passing and 'lucky' header not forgetting the unexpected kilman run). As you point out phil it's fosuns, Jeff's Scott's silence around recruitment and the decimation in loans that fire our unrest. I, as always, also will look on the bright side and am positive, but the club are behaving very oddly to me as an outsider and we do need some explanation in the reasonings.

6.) 28 Jul 2022 10:53:16
Fosun, I think, are a different type of owner than most if not all other Premiership owners. They are in football not because they love it or as an ego trip or to try to wash there human rights records but for the money.
They brought Wolves for £30m and invested £125m, set up a holding company Fosun Sports, chairman Jeff, and set up esports, fashion and gaming using wolves intellectual property IE the Wolves brand.
Wolves players are estimated to be worth £300m so the return on Fosuns is north of 20%. Very acceptable for any business.
My point is will they increase investment in the club to increase returns or make it self financing'
They sold, I think, 20% of Fosun Sports to Peak6 for £60m. I wander what they did with that.

7.) 28 Jul 2022 11:00:51
Goatmark I saw your similar post didn't reply as the negative posts throw me so apologies for that.
I know you will enjoy the build up to the new season and it feels great sharing that with you Abbey and everyone else.
Abbey I read corbinou may play agaisnt Stoke the wknd.

Longmynd I have a tune for the doubters/negative lol
Talking heads
We on a road to no where.

As wolves fans we are all imo battle hardened through the years pre fosun.
COYW

8.) 28 Jul 2022 12:44:19
Good choice Phil. Personally I'd rather appreciate what Fosun/club have achieved in recent years, accept that we are in a period of consolidation and look forward to the future but happy to call the club out if I think they deserve it.

9.) 28 Jul 2022 12:48:21
Every bursted bubble has a glory
Each abysmal failure makes a point
Every glowing path that goes astray
Shows you how to find away
So every time you stumble never grumble,
Next time you'll bumble even less
For up from the ashes
Grow the roses of success

10.) 28 Jul 2022 16:36:10
Not sure where this favourites to go down twaddle comes from. As of today Wolves are 11/2 to be relegated and 7 clubs are shorter in the betting, namely all three promoted clubs plus Leeds, Brentford, Southampton and Everton.

11.) 28 Jul 2022 16:54:35
There is no lack of appreciation to Fosun from me, equally I think they should consider the fans. It's only right that some level of explanation be offered when it would appear our team is being depleted without reinforcement a week before the season starts. Why? Are we In dire financial straits? Do we have a strategy? Are we not able to compete financially with others in wages etc.? Personally, if we keep neves MGW dendonker and we're to add a proven striker I'd be more than confident of a top 10 finish, but its that what if again, and with injuries already with us and players going on loan (yes they'll benefit etc) were looking abit short. The first month of this campaign may prove to be decisive at the end I just hope we'll be set and ready, firing on all six from match one.

12.) 28 Jul 2022 16:59:43
Well I've heard the club are looking at Strikers (admittedly via a third party but supposedly from a source within the club) and have considered Benteke but it probably won't go anywhere. If they seriously were looking at him I doubt something like that would crop up in casual conversation. But looking at Transfermarkts list of free agents Andy Carroll and Dean Sturridge are on the list. If Raul is out for less time than we think and only the club know that are they going to commit to high wages for a 30+ player for even one season. Andrea Belotti looks the best bet at 28 but he probably would want an Italian club with a European place.

{Ed077's Note - I think you mean Daniel Sturridge and he flopped majorly in the A-League.}

13.) 28 Jul 2022 17:27:06
But didn't Jeff say we wouldn't get a player who didn't fit our style? Osorio (?) Is still a outside possibility, but it'd be a big ask for him to step straight in. Hwang may well be the biggest surprise in this situation.

14.) 28 Jul 2022 17:50:58
Ed yep its Daniel Sturridge!

15.) 28 Jul 2022 17:51:22
Saturday game against sporting the dress rehearsal for the Leeds game.
We can see how Lage is going to set up.
Also Sporting I think a strong quality opposition a good test for our team and hopefully we can see some more clarity for all of us going into the season in the current circumstances.
Who and will we sign a striker how long is a piece of string, haven't a clue.
I read Neto feels ready mentally coming back from his long term injury and feels he will be better than his best before he got injured, this is excellent I think as it's perked me up.

16.) 28 Jul 2022 18:19:01
Abbey I think that's got a lot to do with it rightly or wrongly it looks as if they've decided the type of player that they want and how much they are prepared to pay and if we can't get what we want we're not paying for what we don't want or don't need. Time will be the judge. Yes Phil let's see how we play against a good side without Raul.

17.) 28 Jul 2022 18:19:41

Guys I stopped posting for a couple of months on here because of all the negativity. But not what you might imagine. What I actually find hard to accept is the negativity shown to people whose opinions - and remember it is largely about opinions - that don't chime with your own.

I accept that there are a range of extreme views on here - and I accept that in the past I have both used inflammatory language and resorted to hyperbole to make my points for which I apologise - but whilst I am very happy and indeed would expect people to diasgree with views that differ from theirs I don't like it when it becomes abuse or a herd response.

I also find it difficult to accept when it seems to be inconsistently (and based on who the poster is not what they say) applied. For example over the last month or so we have had several posters making claims about signings/transfers that have - since no one called the only 2 significant trades: Collins or Fabio - all failed to come true but whilst some posters are constantly vilified - I really don't know why they still post - others are praised as ITK posters and top guys?

So please when you post please make it about the subject not the person who posted or their "right" to hold those views.

21.) 29 Jul 2022 06:59:39
Thefutureisoldgold
The majority of fans on forums are there having their relevance to critisise and get their frustrations off their chests.
But I see they forget or never want to talk about the many good things.
For example I posted few times I'm looking forward to a fully fit charged up Neto of which is excellent for any premier club to have a player like that, but nothing it's all not thought of.i understand why because of our recruitment our small squad etc.
Also there is this issue of negative and positive posters.
Agree there shouldn't be anyone singled out for giving an opinion.
Me personally there is too much anger towards our club this makes me feel uncomfortable and thought of as just my heads in the clouds.
All I want is wolves to give me happiness and pleasure.
Maybe forums isn't going to give me what I want.
I'm really unsure.
To be honest I feel deflated.
But respect you for posting what you have.
All the best.
Fingers crossed we throw out a few surprises for the better this coming season.

22.) 29 Jul 2022 08:32:19
Phil - talk about good thngs - Neto returning is a v good thing, (as for me but clearly not for many others who are v negative about the matter is the return of Traore) or talk about bad things - no problem.
In fact on this site, but I accept not the Forun or other sites, many fans do indeed merely focus on the good stuff.
But whatever you want to talk about i'm fine but please for the sake of everyone's mental health talk about issues and don't talk about the posters or their right to have those views.
PS
I firmly believe that virTually everyone on here wants Wolves to do well and give happiness and pleasure.
Have a fantasic day - just one week to kick off - can't wait!

23.) 29 Jul 2022 09:25:41

My sincere apologies to all whom it may concern.

25.) 29 Jul 2022 16:59:16
Phil please be assured that this wasn't aimed at you or indeed any specific poster. However I felt that after a quite a few weeks when the tone on the board had been strong it had over the last few days started to veer towards a less - what is the word - accepting/liberal (?) stance.
ps
Been out today at IWM with a German lady whose mother was in Berlin when the Russians roled in. An amazing museum - funded to a large extent by Roman Abroavomich - at any time but through the eyes of a German with - albeit second hand - knowledge of the v distressing events at the time it was an incredible if chilling experience.

26.) 29 Jul 2022 23:49:50
Thanks Thefutureisoldgold you're right what you asked me to do.
I'm real sorry I sure I have made posters uncomfortable who feel they can't say nothing about our club by fear of being questioned.
It's the not talking face to face so sometimes it's easy to mis interpret people's posts and this is what I mean in what I think I do.

I'm glad and appreciate very much you give me the time of day.
Pleased that you shared your day with me.
Glad you had a good day out.
Your feed above is nice to see all the thoughts.
I wanted to post but couldn't think what to say lol.
I admire appreciate being genuine and saying what you want and there is a lot like that including you on here.
I look forward to your player ratings and match anylisis starting of course with Leeds away.

Ps if Traore is fit over his injury and still with us we have a potential match winner.
I think if we have no striker then Traore is an option like podence is reported to play tomorrow.
Collins I'm looking forward to see play.
MGW too.
What excites me is the interest in MGW potential 30 million then he must have something about him for that to be happening.
But cutrone 18 million he didn't workout for us so I'm saying a player can be hyped up but flops.
But with MGW I don't think he will flop.silva not got much back from the huge fee we paid for him.
All is good.
Lol but we want more than good we want the wolves firing on all cylinders fingers crossed that will happen and we all share it together.

27 Jul 2022 14:19:41
So it's suggested that jiminez could be out for 8 weeks with the groin injury. Plan B anyone?

2.) 27 Jul 2022 15:02:43
I think Plan B left with Silva Abbey. We must be on Plan C or D by now. This situation really does beggar belief, why would you put the team/manager in this situation?

3.) 27 Jul 2022 16:01:23
Maybe Shi and Sellers really are out of their depth Long.

I really can't believe that a premier league club of any stature could possibly find themselves in this dilemma. I would hope when fabio went out that we'd have had something in the pipeline and that may transpire soon. I really hope so or things will be bleaker than I ever thought.

Hi Nathan
Ever been to Zurich!

3.) 12 Jul 2022 17:16:19
In all honesty it's good to have a new face in the team

4.) 12 Jul 2022 17:27:58
Welcome to the Wolves.

5.) 12 Jul 2022 17:45:07
I've expressed my doubts on here about the 'transfer team' but in this case I have to compliment them for getting this one over the line so smartly before others weighed in.
This really is a very good signing at what may well prove to be a very good price. Well done Wolves.

6.) 12 Jul 2022 18:19:37
Evening all, if we're willing to spend £20 million on a defender, how much for a midfielder and centre forward?

7.) 12 Jul 2022 19:04:32
Plymouth I would say that we don't need anymore midfielders, as things stand. Personally, I'd spend big on an established striker as we need goals now, not in 1-2 years time as I think we've already got that covered.
How much of course is a tough one as there are many factors that dictate the actual price, some of which are not about the talent.

8.) 12 Jul 2022 19:27:42
Don't we need a goalscoring midfielder?

9.) 12 Jul 2022 20:33:43
Would be nice but doubt you'll get that and a decent striker, not without Neves or MGW leaving.

10.) 13 Jul 2022 07:31:10
Longmynd watch the links re striker, maybe unexpected addition in Iberia over the next weeks? a lot hinges on outside factors regarding midfield I think. Your right as things stand there won't be both.

11.) 13 Jul 2022 07:32:21
Plymouth wolf "Don't we need a goalscoring midfielder?".and have done for 2 seasons!
For me ideally 2, plus a Striker who can score at least 15 a season.

Great bit of business signing Nathan Collins

It would seem the final problem with nunes is the 45+m sporting want. Ramos maybe playing for big 6 interest and still arrive if none are forthcoming. Personally I feel ched Adams story carries more weight. Looks like we maybe on the verge of being proved wrong on transfers and fosuns ongoing commitment, only time will tell.

I hope the pain eases soon rated, you've been through it this year. Let's hope we get a decent signing, maybe two to help the recovery, it'd be driving me mad.

Seeing guedes first contact I don't think he'll be taken out that easily.

Been thinking about this point rince, abit outside the box as it were, and was just thinking the lads do seem to be playing with some constraint on their individuality, by that I mean they've got their instruction and they don't want to step out of it. It's a new discipline they have to grow into and become comfortable with and hence we need to be patient. Of course that should be where pre season comes into it but maybe the games in quick succession didn't allow for it fully. Chuck in the early season start on going transfer speculations and departures, the obvious needs to bolster the team and it maybe mid September will be when we get it together. There's a lot of points to be lost (or gained) in the wait for it all clicking. We'll need the patience of saints but I'm firmly in the belief that it will come.

To be honest phil I think the heat affected everyone and cheering was subdued at times, that said the wasn't a lot to get behind. Guedes and traore both got loud receptions from what I could make out. Neto attempt would most likely have been offside, the lino flagged I belive but there was no need for VAR to look of course. Your bros right the drink breaks did break it up abit. As I said after the game I was abit disappointed but I remain optimistic. On another day we could have bee 2 up and cruising and a few infiltrators, for they can't be serious wolves fans, wouldn't have a lot to say.
