Real hard to predict all the hallmarks of us just edging it but thinking along same lines Rated nuno was well displeased at the few missed chances against Everton therefore I'm hoping we will be razor sharp in front of goal.

Gutted we were the better team a great performance against a very good Burnley side. But had the 3 points snatched from us in the last few minutes. We were unlucky to not to win.

Thing is the result was probs about fair, but the decision was shocking! His arm was there to cover his face from the high boot which should be the initial offence! What's the point in VAR when we are getting just as many bad decisions?! Fuming 😡.

For once it wasn't VAR. It was Mike Dean. Obvious free kick to us for dangerous play. VAR won't review that, just the handball, which was technically correct. It's all about Dean. And he definitely needs a shave.

Tett- I get your point and think your right but Mike Dean can only call it how it sees it in real time. What is the point in having VAR if they are scared to say 'actually having reviewed that there was a foul before the pen' surely that's what it's there for?! As I keep saying the result was fair but football has SO much to learn from Rugby if they are ever going to make VAR work! 🙄.

Nigel- I get why peeps think that in its current form. But most sports use it pretty flawlessly and successfully these days. It's not the system, it's the numptys operating it! Bad workmen and blaming tools springs to mind 😡.

Good morning all,
For me there are two issues here.
That the ball hit doc on the arm is not in question but was it intentional or did it stop a goal scoring opportunity. Secondly why was the first offence of a high foot not treated as the first offence. If this was to be the case then the handball is irrelevant.
