Dont think anyone is more rich than man city. either way fosun will still want value for money a bargain. need 4 top first team players (not u 23s) or it will be a mid table finish.

Striker ( unless Cutrone stays) and Attacking midfielder required as an absolute minimum. Could such player types not have been lined up for 1st Jan.
