Wolves looking to sign Manu Garcia and David Faupala on loan deals, it looks like we'll be going down that route until we find a new owner.

Both decent players and probably need toughening up so not a bad shout just can't see them coming to us!

No need to be adding to forward options at this point. Have enough youngsters showing potential who should be given a chance pre-season. Dicko and Mason in pole position but good number of other options from Ennis through to Reid who need to step up to mark this season if they are going to make it. Need to learn lessons from mistakes of the past by failing to push youngsters to the fore. Ismail and McAlinden were held back and are now being released.

I orca and Hause thrown into mix and have gained so much from that experience of the deep end. Look at Graham's development which was triggered by injuries to others rather than managers belief in youth. Best example of stepping up to the plate when given the opportunity is Rashford. Fortuitist warm -up injury to Euros and Van Gaal claiming the credit. Like Jacket and Graham that was luck not judgement.

What we need is a manager with a real commitment to youth who will really focus on developing the good group of youngsters we have at present.

Spot on Scottish Wolf we have a great youth setup but nobody takes them the final mile.

Our youth policy is that good, the U21s hardly won a game all season and after a good start, the U18s fell away as well! Let's not kid ourselves that we have wonderful youngsters coming through, as only a very long muted amount will make the grade! I'm not saying don't invest in the youth, as of course we should! However, the 1st team should be made up of a blend of both youth and experience. At this present time we lack experience in abundance and to be successful that has got to change!

100% correct Wolf Rusko.

I think that if the youth players are of a good quality we should sign them. Garcia and ihenaco I would love to steal from Man city and while were in the premier league why don't we take sam vokes and bring him back to his parent club.

We are STH's and where possible we pop over to watch as many U21 games as we can at Telford. I am in the believe in the youth camp but last season I saw the domino effect running through the team, the KJ influence and the injury crisis biting into the U21's as a direct result of the first team problems, compounded by the constant changing of the team it took it's toll on the style of play and the limitations.

To be honest it was like de ja vu, you could see that they were training alongside the first team, the football deteriorated over the season, the injuries from the first team decimated the U21squad, yes I know, that's what they are there for, but Chelsea who won the U21's leauge have a style, proper tactics and set goals and their youngsters had a stable platform to build on.

Our lads were never the same team twice, players hauled out to warm their arses on the first team bench, international duties for some of the young stars and the lack of first team opportunities. Sound familiar, well the common denominator is our KJ, I used to love the guy in Div 1, he was always present at the U21 games and talked to everyone and anyone who approached him, always ready to share his thoughts albeit very candid in what he said, but he cerainly cuts a lonely figure lately.

So whilst it cannot be denied and certainly the results cannot be defended, we DO have some great youngsters in our U21's but KJ and circumstances mean we we are not getting the best of them.

I accept and value everyone's opinion, but the kids have not had the best of conditions for the last couple of seasons. You cannot build a team if you don't have team stability, sadly I don't rate KJ any more and look forward to a change. Likewise, sadly it may be a while away before I get that, but, we do have some great prospects for the future, (God, I sound like Poxey)
My message here is, don't be too hard on the kids, they do try their best with the tools they are given.

The Tools being KJ and Sellers I pressume Stuwolf. don't rate either of them the U21 team has failed in every aspect since Sellers has been in charge.

Ha! Remind yourself of the players that Rashford has around him, and then compare them with what Ennis/ Reid would have around them, okay Rashford has done well, but when not given the service, how can he score?

If you want to follow a good prospect then check up on Daniel Armstrong who we had from Hearts if I recall correctly. He's a right winger in the U19's and he love the ball and taking people on, also he knocked a few in last season. He went to the tournament in Toulon and scored a few there.

If he keeps moving forward with the same development then he will be knocking on KJ's door. With a decent set up he could develop into a good un in the vein of Jordan Graham.

Doesn't matter they haven't won look at who has come through in recent years Iorfa, Price, Hause, Evans, even Ikeme if we go further back and yes I know Hause and Evans came from other clubs. Most youth don't become stars even at big clubs.
