Problem is now PT is that no manager can ever be blamed for our results when it's clear that he is being told that he is to coach a mish mash of players with varying levels of talent. I hope your happy now that your wish is almost a reality.

we don't want to replace him with a Mendes puppet who will then blame our poor position on the players not being his choice . Even if we don't like lambert you have to admire his stance . The planyers mentioned in the article would be the choice of the fans I think .

Yes if he does resign over it fair play, I respect him for it, more so than Jackett when he was the 2 M's puppet. But I won't mis him at all, one player up top at home, playin 2 midfielders as fullbacks, not winnin a point in February and basically endin our season in January. I won't miss him.

And what did PL say at the end of the season? Oh that's right, that we needed experienced full backs hence Silvio coming back into the team and some strikers. So he's made a list of players he wants to improve the squad and basically been told to go away and work with whoever someone else brings in.

PT, forget about Lambert or anyone else as manager, the most worrying thing here is the mess that is going to be made of our club by the involvement of Mendes. We are going to go nowhere as a club if the parasite agent runs our transfer policy.

Your missing the point Paul. It's become apparent that no manager we install will have a say on incoming players. That's the problem. How do you prepare a team when you haven't got the players to play the style you want.

What if Mendes decides what Wolves need is to get rid of all of our defenders because they've had a poor season but decides to replace them with 6 attacking players so we play good attacking football every game but lose as we haven't got any defenders. Would that do you Paul?

by all means get rid of thelwell he must be good at something to have kept his job this long but whatever that is its not football related.
but surely we can't jump on the managerial merry go round we need stability we need a plan for the future and a manager who knows this league and how to get out of it. A foreign manger every year is not the way forward.

No decent manager will want to come if they have NO say on transfers. To me, that is a major mistake by Fosun. My opinion. I appreciate you have your own opinion PT but I am very concerned about this situation. An agent should not have a say on a clubs' transfer policy, let alone dictating it!

the mangers stated may well be better than what we have but will not come to our division therefore we will end up with some on known and some will be calling for his head by November .

Looks like the new manager will want to look at the likes of Batth, Saville, Evans, Wallace etc to see what they can offer going forward. That will waste thus transfer window and the manager will be sacked in November. The next manager will be appointed and will want to assess the squad and not purchase too many players in Jan and guess What? We'll be in exactly the same position we're in now.
