With the Mike Williams debacle still ongoing what about bringing in Lescott on a free to inject a little experience - seems no one is interested atm so wages could be negotiated, he knows the club, has international and premiership experience and . at least he is fit!

Lescott is a no from me as well, looked a liability playing for Villa last season.

It's a massive no from me, and probably most fans. I work with a Villa S. T holder. He says Lescot was dire last year. We don't need or want their cast offs. Our club is finally moving forward. The days of buying has beens are behind us.

I take him allday long . he p. s the fizzy pop and he played a lot at left back for city.
