So england's first big test in the world cup and we lose now instead of facing japan we have a tougher game and have columbia who I can see us struggling against of i'm honest.

It was mostly England reserves tbf also it was quite obvious England didn't want the win.
I thought it was a very odd match tbh but as someone said let's enjoy the road :)

Why does the biggest tournament in World football continue to have a group system which regularly generates matches that teams don’t want to win and then blame managers and players whatever the outcome?

Get behind the lads the game wos rubbish neither team deserved the win but on to the next game IMO neither game easy hands up if any of you thought Japan would come out of that group from start of tournament I for one didn't have them picking up a point either way going to be a tough game which ever we faced I lay it here that we get as far as semi's.
