Why on earth would Coady want to go to Sheffield Utd, with Wolves he has the prospect of Premier League football with all the rewards that brings. With Sheffield Utd he has the prospect of another x number of seasons in the Championship/ League 1.

Bid for Coady rejected. No surprise there. I guess it was just a hopeful punt by Sheffield Utd. They must have known deep down that we wouldn't let him go unless stupid money was involved, and I don't think they have loads of spare cash to throw around somehow.

Interesting they thought they could pick him up like that, just as his usefulness seems to have hit a high. Could probably have got him quite a bit cheaper at the end of last season.
Everyone has a price, and we can live without Coady. I suppose it depends just how central he is in Nuno's plans. As things stand, the answer seems to be: Very. Stand by for Price as central defender!
