If you were going to walk when you know your on a contract and getting heaved out what would you do. I know I'd wait for them to shove me out and take what's left on my contract?! As for whether he's staying I would have to say after all this it wouldn't work would it? They are waiting for the replacement then he will be gone is my guess. 😉.
