30 Aug 2017 18:19:20
Couple of agents in the western'trying my bloody hardest to catch a name. they're either switched on or have nothing to do with wolves'which I would find hard to believe considering where they are partaking in grey peas and pints of bitter. teams mentioned, but no players names.?

jimmyjones

1.) 30 Aug 2017 18:44:39
Keep up the investigation Jimmy!
That's magic!

2.) 30 Aug 2017 20:27:59
I've bailed out'had enough bathams to sink a ship, still heard no names mentioned, but clubs I did hear thrown out were Villa, Wigan, Blackburn and Newcastle.?

3.) 30 Aug 2017 22:18:29
Massive massive deadline day for us for the past 2 years iv been so underwhelmed cannot wait for this one come on big Jeff work your magic.

4.) 30 Aug 2017 22:59:28
Didn't they sold Nathan's down the Great Western now. But anyway the Holdens is spot on.

{Ed047's Note - Is that the old pub by Royal Mail buddy}.

5.) 30 Aug 2017 23:02:12
Not Nathans, should be Bathams bloody predictive text. I think I type better when I've been drinking it.

6.) 30 Aug 2017 23:37:35
Yeh that's the one Ed on sun St.

{Ed047's Note - I aint been there in a while i use to go there on a Sunday after Darts about half 5ish}.

26 Feb 2017 16:40:10
Been seeing rumours about Ben Marshall getting tanked up in Sheffield and asking Sheff Wednesday to come and sign him up'is there a drinking problem creeping back to the club?

jimmyjones

1.) 26 Feb 2017 17:53:25
Any links or is it just the press making it up after the Hause and Graham incident.

2.) 26 Feb 2017 18:36:33
It was an old video taken way before he signed for wolves.

26 Nov 2016 22:17:02
It's obvious that this squad isn't up to the task, the players are sub standard, especially the ones from the days of the previous regime' as I've said previously, I believe there has been too much emphasis put on the academy, to the detriment of the 1st team and club as a whole.

I believe that Danny Baath, even though he wasn't playing today, has been made captain simply because he is a 'local' lad and to validate the outlay on the academy, to justify it if you like and it hasn't paid off. he isn't a captain by any stretch of the imagination, iorfa, he's a joke loan him out or get rid of him, he had the makings of a decent player if his confidence doesn't get destroyed by playing next to such incompetent players.

The back four and the midfield need to be torn up completely and rebuilt'that said'it shouldn't take long as they are so weak they are ready and waiting to fall.

jimmyjones

1.) 27 Nov 2016 07:15:28
Sack Thelwell on Monday!
The squad that has been assembled under his management is incompetent.
He has allowed Jackett, Zenga, Edwards and probably Lambert to be the scapegoats.
Get rid Jeff, or Fosun may remove you!

2.) 27 Nov 2016 12:29:02
I thought you said sack Lambert then for a minute lol, coffee hasn't kicked in yet.
I agree Thelwell needs to go as soon as possible, I also agree with what others have said Lambert must have a say in future new signings.

3.) 27 Nov 2016 13:15:52
Excellent post, jimmyjones. Couldn't have said it any better myself.

4.) 27 Nov 2016 23:44:56
Foson will buy survival. That will start to happen on Jan 1. Lambert will be working now on who he needs. Several of the current squad will be surplus to requirements and will leave. Proven players required: 2 defenders, 2 creative midfield, 2 goal scorers. don't count on many points between now and January. Keep turning up - no boos, only cheers. let's be the twelfth man!

5.) 29 Nov 2016 11:37:17
With Wigan winning at Huddersfield last night it puts we right in the relegation dog fight and a gap of 4 points to Barnsley means there is a gap being created, we have to start picking up points not excuses and what Dangerous Dave Edwards says and other players in our team who don't perform for us, we Wolves fans have had enough of excuses from these so called footballers we have, who cannot defend, cannot create, and have not got a clue were the net is.
All in All we are in a mess, the team needs a complete change from front to back we are no were good enough, and Thelwell needs to be moved out with other back room staff who sanctioned these silly sighning of rubbish players who would not get in a Sunday works team, the Paul Gladen sighning makes me so angry these sort of sighnings are the problems and until they are corrected by getting shut of the person or persons who were responsible for these sort of sighnings we are going nowhere only relegation which I'm afraid is happening unless Lambert can change it round quickly starting at Q. P. R.
Positives, the fans they turned up in there thousands again to be entertained and were sadly let down big time again, when are we going to learn everything is in place except a team of under performing footballers who ought to be ashamed of there selves.

6.) 29 Nov 2016 19:48:17
Agreed bigwolf. They have no self respect or self esteem. We need players who have both. Are up for the game from the first to last whistle, get stuck in. If there not up to it then bugger off and play somewhere else. There are plenty of players out there that would relish the chance to get on with it!

Operation'save the gunners at the expense of the Wolves will really kick into action within the media now, let's hope Nuno realises he's got plenty of unlocked potential here he can work with and the bright lights of stab central don't turn his head. UTW.

jimmyjones

1.) 29 Nov 2019 11:51:39
C'mon Nuno, rule yourself out, there's so much love for you here, keep that dream alive.

2.) 29 Nov 2019 12:49:08
It doesn't look good to be honest. If it happens more interested in who Fosun want.

3.) 29 Nov 2019 14:16:39
With the exception of Bill McGarry who came back and quickly walked away when the Club was a shambles, Managers have never left Wolves by choice, Nuno will still be here when the next Arsenal Manager is sacked and we’ll still be higher in the Prem, their rebuilding job is on a par with Man U’s, how the mighty have fallen, they can have Spurs old Manager and we’ll all be happy.

4.) 29 Nov 2019 16:43:24
If bookmakers are anything to go by we are safe. Nuno on the drift to 13/ 2 and the fav is Allegri. Let's hope so.

5.) 29 Nov 2019 18:14:20
Some press are saying contact has been made by Arsenal as they have a good relationship with Jorge Mendes. Do these press people not realise that Fosun have a pretty good relationship with Mendes too, namely a share of Gestifute.

6.) 29 Nov 2019 19:53:09
Down to joint 4th favourite now behind Allegri, Ljungberg, Arteta and Poch.

7.) 29 Nov 2019 22:28:22
No way he will leave.
Look through all the press rubbish and just look st the personal character of Nuno.
He is an honest and sensible bloke who exudes deference and self-improvement.
He is not a personality that demands the spotlight and therefore, in my opinion, he is someone that likes to go under the radar, to create the unexpected rather than the somewhat boring top-6 mentality of 'must-win'/ 'shoukd-win'.
My wages on him being here at the end of the season!

8.) 30 Nov 2019 02:46:12
Spot on, Exeter!

9.) 01 Dec 2019 09:15:58
Sounds good to me but we don't know what Arsenal is offering but I am thinking we have a great chance of more European football next season and going to Arsenal is a risk the team is a mess yes they have good front two like us but superstar mentality with some players reminds me of the Wolves team McCarthy built before our decline

If I were a thinking manager I would leave Arsenal alone let then appoint a temporary manager and clear out the obvious dead weight in January

Which means this will all happen again because they will try and sign our players they need someone like Doc and Traore.

30 Jul 2019 18:22:35
Cutrone'done and dusted,4yr contract. UTW👍.

jimmyjones

1.) 30 Jul 2019 18:42:17
Can't be. E&S not reported it yet?

2.) 30 Jul 2019 19:07:45
Who next. getting exciting now!

3.) 30 Jul 2019 19:09:57
Don't hold your breath. World War 3 will be over by the time E&S report it.

03 Aug 2018 16:55:31
Listen in'lads&lasses, it's like this'Afobe&Douglas are gone'no longer our concern, so what ever you think about the way they 'might have been treated and the reasoning behind the decisions, and let's not forget, very few of us will actually know the truth behind either departure, it's time to let it go and get behind the club and players still here and playing for the shirt.
As people say'no player is greater than the club. UTW.

jimmyjones

1.) 03 Aug 2018 22:28:26
Well said. They did us proud, but times change, as do the club's needs. Good luck to both.

2.) 04 Aug 2018 11:09:01
If you have a argument with boss in front of every one no matter what job your days are numbered by all accounts that's what happened to Douglas as for afobe he isn't Pl standard and in my eyes good bit of business couple of million profit after all we did get him fit for up coming season if stoke do well he shouldn't be far off golden boot.

3.) 04 Aug 2018 13:23:08
I've said my bit.

02 Aug 2018 11:17:40
Let's hope that the negativity shown on here by some posters doesn't filter through to the terraces come match day this weekend.
UTW.

jimmyjones

1.) 02 Aug 2018 14:24:45
Yeah. or any match day. The lads are going to need us more than ever this season. We need to be the twelfth man every game and make Molineux a fortress. As Nuno says We are a wolf pack, as one, and #TogetherWeAreStronger🐺.

2.) 02 Aug 2018 15:48:37
Yes fans are getting fussy we have been promoted and we just signed a Portuguese national team regular imagine that under Morgan

Now people saying Smalling Willshere Hart not good enough for us never satisfied easy to wind up with Rashford rumours though.

Tim reporting that we've pulled the plug on Lemina, saints and wolves couldn't agree on the terms.
