Hi guys. Don’t want to sound doom and gloom but the season is just over a week away and we have spent hardly anything so far. Jimenez and Trippier great signings on frees but where is the ambition? We knew we were down months ago. What happened to the planning and recruitment?

Kenzie, you are sounding doom and gloom with your comments and lack of paying attention. Read the multitude of banter posts over the last couple of weeks, and you will get more answers and thoughts regarding your questions.
Why must we spend heavily on players? You seem upset we got Raul & Trippier so cheap! That is good business. Doyle, Munetsi, Djiga, Fer Lopez and Sasa, coming back from loans, are like new players.
We did spend to get Said. That is essentially 8 new players. Look at the squad today vs the end of last season. I don't see the doom & gloom reasoning yet, especially since we dropped down to the Championship. I think we are in a better position than we were, and the transfer window continues for a couple more weeks to possibly get more reinforcements.

The season starts tomorrow. I've not watched any of the pre-season games, but from what I've read, Peixoto has changed the style of play, using the majority of players that were here last season.
To me, it seems to be a Michael Carrick/Man Utd situation where a new manager comes in and utilises the same players in a different way.
Hopefully, new players will come in who can improve the squad, but we'll have to wait and see.

By all accounts, us being in the champ means there are more televised games on SKY for us to watch if we can't get to a match. ?
New manager eager to play attacking football, quality new players, returning healthy players... Settle in, people, Wolves are about to go hunting! ? ?

Don't book any sat/sun lunches, Bos, and make sure you got the Sky app. There'll be mostly 12-1230 kos. Some on plus, I'd imagine.
It's ideal for me tho.
