So this is my take on players who will go/stay
Gk- Sa, Johnston will go
Bentley will stay and probably be first choice
Def- santi, Hugo, r Gomes, Mosquera, Krechi, Doherty, Wolfe, Jackson will go
Toti, Lima will stay
Mf- jrb, j Gomes, a Gomes, Andre, munetsi, Lopez will all go
Doyle, b traore will come back
Forwards- mane, hwang, tolu will go
Armstrong will stay
That leaves us in the unenviable position of rebuilding the whole first team nearly and is we get it wrong we are going to be in the deep deep brown stuff

Of course they'll get it wrong, De Wolf, just like over the last 6 years. Goodwhileitlasted1's post about RE saying they will give youth a chance tells you everything you need to know.
That is, Fosun have zero intention of funding anything significant and Nathan Shi's words will come back to haunt him and us.

Unfortunately, we will be fed BS from Shi & Fosun now for as long as they remain our owners. They've lost interest in funding the club financially & really need to move on. We need ambitious owners who really want to improve the stadium, not just for football but for other events, concerts, etc.
To attract more sponsors & bring additional revenue, not just into WWFC but the city as a whole. It's just very disappointing, looking at teams with good owners and seeing how they are progressing. I can honestly see us following Leicester if Fosun stay.

Their words "a chance" say it for me, Longmynd, are we approaching the Championship giving things "a chance"?
Surely we should be planning with serious intent, knowing what we want and who we'd want, with proven ability, and, in some cases, experience to fulfil the job required.
Yes Rob Edwards has proven himself as a youth development manager, but we're in the real professional position now and need an experienced approach to have any chance of getting back to the top tier.
The "chance" element doesnt fill me with hope.
