Looks like neves is signing for West Ham ?
1.) 18 Dec 2025 12:44:07
Yesterday, one of the papers said Nuno was on the verge of being sacked.
2.) 18 Dec 2025 14:43:26
Can’t see it myself, it’s on a few sites now apparently neves has no interest in signing a new contract and West Ham are the front runners to sign him
3.) 19 Dec 2025 06:40:04
He is managing his career well.
Done his 2 years which means no tax on earnings, So he has made his money.
Can now come back to Europe at just 28 and secure a Champions League side contract.
4.) 19 Dec 2025 07:55:55
I agree rugeley apparently united, Chelsea, villa, juventus, inter, Napoli are all interested as they reckon he will go for about 15 million ish but Rumors are he wants to link up with Nuno again but that could be West Ham fans fuelling that one?
5.) 19 Dec 2025 10:50:37
He could come back to us! ?
6.) 19 Dec 2025 12:40:56
Why would he do that bos? I know we signed him originally in the championship but I think his career level is way above that now
7.) 19 Dec 2025 13:58:11
If RE can sign anybody of that level with the position we're in he could sell refrigerators to Eskimos.
26 Nov 2025 18:05:49
Panic over folks
Chinese under 23 international Bin xu is signing for us!
Massive pedigree he played in the the team that finished 9th in the league over there. Phew our seasons saved, thanks fosun I was worried for a moment there ?
1.) 26 Nov 2025 19:51:49
Oh lor, hwang and XU selling shirts, I hope he proves the biz eventually but can't see him making the step up, not even in the championship. He's not related to Jeff in any way is he?.
2.) 26 Nov 2025 22:48:09
Heading straight out on loan apparently
3.) 26 Nov 2025 22:48:16
He doesn't even qualify for a work permit so he'll be going out on loan. So he's of no use to us this season at all. Another mediocre player readying himself for mid table Championship football. But as long as we capture the replica shirt market in Asia, that's all that matters.
4.) 27 Nov 2025 10:43:46
Bin xu did you say? We've bin had!
5.) 27 Nov 2025 18:22:29
A defensive midfielder who doesn't appear to have scored a goal in 67 senoor appearances.
6.) 27 Nov 2025 18:52:51
Another dm how many do we need j gomes and andre are as defensive as u need we need att mids or wingers not dms
7.) 27 Nov 2025 19:06:44
Andre and Gomes won’t be here by the end of the transfer window
25 Nov 2025 08:43:21
Apparently Gomes to United is all done and dusted
Clubs have agreed a fee and Gomes allegedly has agreed personal terms
Another nail in the coffin from fosun
1.) 25 Nov 2025 11:42:58
Dwwg David Ornstein wrote a piece in the Athletic and said there have been no contact between Wolves and Man u. Plus where has the figure of 44mill come from when Anderson of Forest want over 100mill same as Caleba of Brighton I would say Gomez is worth at least 60mill.
2.) 25 Nov 2025 12:37:19
Would like to say they won’t allow Joao to leave unless there is absolutely no chance of us staying up. Then again, with our club at the moment anything is possible. Think they have to at least give Rob a chance before arranging further sales, in Jeff and Fosun we don’t trust.
Remainder of the season will be even more depressing if they just give up now.
3.) 25 Nov 2025 15:39:27
Wolves have already said it will take a insane offer for them to even listen, as it stands it's all paper talk.
4.) 25 Nov 2025 15:50:48
Don’t believe it for a second rko
It’s going mainstream now that apparently it’s a done deal, fosun would sell their own grandmothers if there is money in it for them
5.) 25 Nov 2025 17:28:07
Too late De Wolf, Fosun sold off their grannies years ago.
6.) 25 Nov 2025 17:54:42
David Ornstein says there's been no contact and he's usually right. Just because its in the mainstream media doesn't make it correct. Remember it was the same media outlets writing that Guessand, Pubill and Uche had agreed deals with us only for them to be proved wrong.
7.) 26 Nov 2025 08:13:43
Banksy51 - sorry mate but we have no chance of staying up.
8.) 26 Nov 2025 17:03:58
Guess you correct 3G would like to believe, however it fading fast ?
12 Nov 2025 07:08:25
J.gomes is said to be of serious interest to United, they are happy to wait until the end of the season to try and get him but may try in January, Cuhna is said to be using his pull to persuade him
1.) 12 Nov 2025 09:42:51
I suspect they will wait till the end of the season, because like most of our players I suspect his relegation release fee is a fraction of his true value! Add to that he has a one year option built into his contract.
Essentially if/when we get relegated not only do we go down but we also get to watch our squad leave for a mere fraction of their true value, take a bow Jeff you've worked tirelessly to get us here! ?
2.) 12 Nov 2025 14:15:52
De Wolf not sure if you either watched the Chelsea game or read my review but it was clear, despite playing on a side that was well beaten, that he was the best player on the pitch.
This is a Chelsea side that contains 2 central mids who cost over £100m each.
It is therefore no surprise that he will attract interest from the Sky 6 teams.
BB I obviously agree I put a figure of £40m on Gomes - a player who if he was playing for a proper club would not leave for anything less than 9 figures!
3.) 12 Nov 2025 14:18:54
Our CEO/Football Director has made a statement about the new manager.
On extract stood out for me."We need to refresh the whole club with a new coach’s philosophy".
If he had left it at, "We need to refresh the whole club", I would have been much happier.
Sadly, Fosun are showing no signs of replacing a passive CEO, with one that is pro-active.
4.) 12 Nov 2025 14:33:25
I was thinking the same rugeley, the only refreshing thing I want to hear from Jeff is he’s handed his resignation letter in.
11 Nov 2025 13:53:39
Interesting article I read today, apparently the club have no plans to spend heavily in January and will rely on loans to get players in
If true this points once again that fosun are looking to get out, now I know all the Jeff shi fans and fosun defenders will say “ why would they risk us going down and see our value lose 2/300 million overnight” well they paid 30 million for us, they haven’t invested in the ground, academy ( which is about to lose elite status rating) the women’s team, why? As there’s no return for them, yes they have spent on players but they get a return on them sometimes a really good aka kilman, Neto, jota etc
Make no mistake folks this whole mess stinks to high heaven
1.) 11 Nov 2025 15:28:11
Makes sense as well because they probably realize now that we are going down and spending lots in January would be to much of a gamble for them. To be honest I don't think they could attract good enough players even if they was willing to spend a lot.
Loaning players make more sense as the players themselves know they aren't going to be there long and they will be playing. Fosun will see it as something that isn't costing them much and its a safer gamble if there is any very small chance of survival.
2.) 11 Nov 2025 15:38:20
I hope you're right. The club has been run into the ground. The sooner this lot are out the better.
3.) 11 Nov 2025 15:53:37
Fosun only wanted the badge for their esports side of things.
4.) 11 Nov 2025 19:12:04
Loans make sense. We would really struggle to attract top targets. Enough good quality players not getting game time at parent club. Given the size of top Premier League academies there are plenty of young players with aspirations of making their country’s World Cup squads who need minutes.
If the focus is young English players then loans from top clubs and perhaps some Championship clubs not challenging for promotion is a possibility.
5.) 12 Nov 2025 12:10:30
Looks like we will be scrambling for crumbs from the rich man's table in January! This could work out for us. Any PL team not expected to be in a relegation battle could have quality players needing minutes. Not that I'd want him, but Raheem Sterling is being paid a fortune by Chelsea and he's not even in the squad, for example.
The wastage is enormous. We should review every player we have out on loan who could be recalled in January. A herculean effort will be needed to save us but I believe we will survive. Regardless of where we are next season, Jeff must go and preferably Fosun too.
6.) 12 Nov 2025 19:53:39
Some interesting thoughts in this thread. Players of Raheem Sterling standard would I imagine be payed wages to high for most clubs, even for a loan move.
If we do go down we will clearly need to reduce the wage bill quickly so I also suspect Gomes and one or two others will be released for the usual lower fees that we've come to expect. After this shambles I frankly can't see the more marketable assets staying even if we survive.
Taking any championship young players would probably be with a view to signing them for a promotion push next season as I can't see most championship clubs loaning young assets, they will surely want to sell.
They've rolled the dice. What happens next is anyone's guess.

So it seems Lima has been bought back to be integrated into the first team not sold, it’s looking like hoever or Jackson are on the way out, more likely hoever in my opinion as his contract is up at the end of the season so I reckon they will try and get some sort of fee for him rather than nothing at the end of the season
1.) 05 Jan 2026 21:30:04
Yes, I saw that report too. Let's see what happens.
01 Jan 2026 17:08:19
At least them down the road are giving me something to smile about in the new year. Steptoes lost again and dropping Down towards that championship relegation zone, fingers crossed the football gods are trying to balance out our bad season by seeing them go down to league one!
01 Jan 2026 11:32:28
Happy new year all, what are your thoughts on ward prowse from West Ham? I think he could be an immense signing for us and he wants out from the hammers
1.) 01 Jan 2026 12:05:39
De Wolf, I suspect he will want to stay down South. A loan may be possible I suppose as he could want game time for an outside world cup call.
2.) 01 Jan 2026 12:44:47
Good shout De Wolf but I don't think he'd come to us given our situation
3.) 01 Jan 2026 14:23:30
Sorry, but no chance
4.) 01 Jan 2026 16:27:33
I think we may upset the apple ? cart and beat WHU.
Nuno will get sacked as a result but the timing - yet again - is all wrong.
5.) 01 Jan 2026 17:47:38
Ward Prowse would definitely be a great signing (and Captain)
However no chance as he wouldn’t want Championship football.
Whilst Fosun are here we are SADLY also stuck with Hwang what a farce!
6.) 01 Jan 2026 20:37:41
Ward-Prowse is a great shout and if we can’t get him to come what about Scott Twine at Bristol City takes a brilliant free kick scored against us on the cup. Aris Mehmeti is getting a few goals for Bristol as well.
The problem is getting clubs to sell their best players in January but let’s hope the club decide to throw some serious money at the situation and make a few decent signings
22 Dec 2025 09:46:51
I think by the end of January we will be seeing very very different set of players in our beloved old gold if Rumors are correct.
I think the majority of the current first team will be off and they know it hence Dohertys comments about “getting out in January” my personal opinion is Sa, Gomes, Andre, arias, Lopez, Larsen have already got moves lined up. Hoever and hwang will go at the end of the as I’m fairly sure they are out of contract, Doherty I would offer another year and make him captain for the championship campaign.
Krechi, Mosquera, ag, Hugo, santi, moller Wolfe, Jackson will more than likely go at the end of the season as well purely from a financial point we can’t carry that amount of wage in the championship, plus non of those will want to stay. Johnston we may be stuck with as let’s be honest who’s going to take him? I hope we keep tolu as I think he would batter the championship but would he want to stay? These players signed to play in the premier league not Stoke away in the peeing down rain on a mid winter Tuesday night
1.) 22 Dec 2025 12:40:28
The vultures are circling ready for the window. Well done Fosun, you sold the crown jewels, now you have to unload the dross you replaced them with. Call yourselves businessmen, I would not give the keys to the brewery to you to arrange a party. Get out now whilst someone might be interested. There are few takers in league 2.
2.) 22 Dec 2025 17:46:50
Any players that is ushing for a move needs to be taken out of the team, no point having any passengers on the pitch, the last years of recruitment has been very poor, I'd prefer to see Doyle, Sasa, back in the squad too, with Sasa we have a player who wil give your everything he's got, hopefully Tolu wants to stay as does Krechi.
Larsen obviously wants out, and in some sense the stick he's getting is not on, as service to him has been poor all season, its down to the squad, if they want out let them go and now, if they want to roll up their sleeves they should be first on team sheet and we push on and save some kind of face.
I have always tried to be positive, but Saturday absolutely infuriated me to the extent that I blew a gasket for the first in many years.
I accept were now down, but I want to see some fight, I will be at the UTD game, and dread to think of the outcome listening to a load of Mancs on the boat going over and back. I may need to bring some Valium
3.) 22 Dec 2025 19:54:56
Part of the deal to keep Krechi is dependent on us being a premier league club, which we won’t be so he won’t be here next season, tolu I’m hoping wants to stay but it will be a question of finance due to his wages, might be to high for a championship club to handle
4.) 22 Dec 2025 21:22:49
What's your source on that De Wolf? I only ask because I can't see that anywhere, the only deal I can find in place is triggered when he hits a certain number of games (20) which as he will likely hit before relegation is guaranteed then not sure how such a clause could even work?! In fact I believe such is the nature of the deal that he's already agreed a contract in principle with the club, simply dependent on apps.
I still wonder if we will beg Girona for a way out of it mind, but nothing I've read suggests relegation makes any difference to the agreement. The club would simply have to stop playing him, which come Jan 1st I entirely expect us to do! ?
17 Dec 2025 09:46:09
I see the leader of Wolverhampton council has now publicly called Jeff out on his billy bull radio wm interview, surprise surprise Jeff has been caught out again
Get these parasites out of our club
1.) 17 Dec 2025 10:32:34
Yea, I heard the statement on WM last night, this man is nothing but a liar, Shi out, Fosun out.
2.) 17 Dec 2025 20:26:48
Dishonour is the word and they have no shame
De wolf was god's rumour replies
05 Jan 2026 19:43:21
I wasn’t actually replying to you madman ?? it was Sydney wolfs post I thought I replied to
05 Jan 2026 06:30:32
See this is where I get narked, criticism of fosun and your told “ back the club/players” the usual happy clap guff. I have always backed the players I don’t agree with booing players but can see why it happens.
My criticism was and Is of Fosuns absolutely horrendous running of the club, like your rose tinted fosun are wonderful opinion Sydney mine is they are running the club into the ground
03 Jan 2026 10:03:02
It’s because palace have owners that understand football and care about their club rugeley, we are stuck with fosun who couldn’t give a shiny Albion about us
20 Dec 2025 21:47:09
What an absolute crock of ?
19 Dec 2025 12:40:56
Why would he do that bos? I know we signed him originally in the championship but I think his career level is way above that now
De wolf was god's banter replies
06 Jan 2026 15:15:12
I think he’s had his contract terminated rko, I wouldn’t say no to him on a pay ad you play type deal, and if he stays fit I would rather have him coming off the bench than Larsen
02 Jan 2026 22:46:12
So once again fosun and shi mk2 have lied. what a shocker.
I’ve been saying it for a while fosun have zero interest/care for us a club they just want the iconic badge to slap all over their esports crap in China and South Korea
Make no mistake things can and will get massively worse next season when we don’t have the income from the premier league and sky tv
01 Jan 2026 09:05:09
Happy new year rko, let’s hope it’s better for us supporters than 2025 ?
31 Dec 2025 17:42:23
What a load of guff, they are very highly paid professionals who are happy to take the tens of thousands in wages that the fans pay for every week but the slightest criticism, and yes this season it is very warranted they can’t perform?
All the fans want to see is fight, effort and pride to wear the old gold, and there’s far too many of them that haven’t shown that at all.
Fans are entitled to Boo and criticise just like the happy clap brigade are entitled to clap along to the dross and poor running of the club
31 Dec 2025 17:37:41
I don’t necessarily disagree rko but I think good run or not the damage is already fatal, realistically we would have to win at least 13 games to be sure to stay up, and 12 to be in with a chance and I just can’t see it personally. Would love it my heart says yes but my head says no chance
