I know we are not playing well, just no clicking right but at the same time we are in 4th, which I admit surprised me when I checked. We are grinding out results. I know we all want to be entertained and I hope that comes back asap, but for now due to the horrific recruitment during the summer and then with these incredibly demanding training sessions we are now seeing the results of that. But we are still well up the table and I fancy the next few games to go for us until the next boring international break.
Use that time to rest up and then hit the ground running and get reinforcements in Jan. So far we have played 8 of the top 11. Got to play the bottom half of the table now. Wolves is never an easy ride but given what CP has right now I don't think others would be doing that much better. Just my opinion but a long way to go and at least we are not rooted to the bottom of the league as then things would really be toxic.

Agreed. Sure the teams propping up the division would love to swap places. We have no devine right, to be top, and I feel CP has us playing a better blend if football, but you will always have those who feel we could do better, so replace him. Where is this mystery top rated manager coming from. No one is going to blot their CV by coming to Molineux, when they see the way previous managers have been treated and decieved.
We need a 20 goal a season striker, but their are none out there immediately available, and why would they want to come up an avalanche of abuse is cascading down from the stands.
I hope the Watford win can return us to the levels seen recently, when we gave albino a mauling without the goal return our performance merited.
We must take the opportunity to win the next few games against lower opposition, even if it means grinding out 1 nil wins. Onward and upward.

Abuse is not just a Wolves characteristic. Citeh and Arsenal are currently top two in the PL. Happy bunnies, right? No. A losing streak by either team would bring out the abuse and the bully boys. Unfortunately it is human nature. So, be careful what you wish for.
Rob Edwards had past success in the championship but didn't have a clue in the PL. CP was brought in with an eye on the PL, but first he has to get us there and I think he will do as good a job as Edwards might have done this season.

Our results have flattered..................our performances less so.
Many say we have good enough players, I guess they expect the Coach to do his job.
Personally, I feel our lack of quality in the final third is holding us back.
Better movement, better distribution and much better finishing would move us forward big time. Will it happen?
