Does anyone know what is happening at the moment at the club, is everyone on holiday now so nothing happens for a couple of weeks?

I would think that those who are on World Cup duty would go to their respective countries' camps, and the rest would be on their hols and return for pre season at the start of July, if not the end of June. Keep forgetting, we will start a week earlier now in August.
