I can't see Grimsby losing this one either. Grim for us?

It's going to be tough can't understand why he's still in the job after weds night and his recent comments of not being concerned with the attacking availability any other club would have got rid by now

In fairness B I think he's still in a job because Fosun have got exactly what they wanted, a yes man that will oversee our transition to the Champ. Now that isn't to say that I think he's the right man for the job, I've said all along they should have just stumped up the cash and gone for Brendan Rodgers but they didn't want to do that because a) he wants decent wages and b) he would have had expectations in the window to try and give it a fight. Whereas Rob has basically sat back and watched them sell what was left of the squad from underneath him.

Seriously he's a good guy but think about it, how many managers who had a club on just 8 flipping points would agree to selling two of his regular starters (Arias and Agbadou) at a point at which he can't even bleeping replace them?! ?
They are only sticking by him (for now) as he's giving them excatly what they need, a nice guy in interviews who will take the heat whilst they continue to sell of the club bit at a time! To be honest I almost feel sorry for the guy! ?

I think he'll get 10 games next season and then if we're not within touching distance of the lead, he'll go. The big problem is, who will replace him. We all wish for a proven manager but judging by Fosuns recent track record of approaching managers, we'll probably end up with one from Dean Saunders, Terry Connor, Sean O'Driscoll or Keith Curle.

Yeah I hear what ya saying Good, but let's be honest with Fosun it could be 10 or it could be 20 but even in the Champ that's a problem. Cause 10 poor games may not stop your from getting promoted but it can certainly make it MUCH harder. Also as you've said there, recruiting from that position (mid table Champ with expectations) will certainly be MUCH harder than when we first hired RE.

Sadly he's always been the wrong man for the job and I really can't see that changing. Would be VERY happy for him to prove me wrong mind ?

If we're going down, or the players are agitating for a move, then you maximize your sales.
One of the YouTube bloggers was creaming at how much money Wolves are making from these sales and how much they will be able to buy next window.

Remember back to when it was a big deal for Wolves to pay £6.5 million pounds for a player. Those times may be back shortly.

I don't disagree Handsome, just think they should have done it when the window was open so they could at least replace them with loans. Instead they waited till after the window leaving poor RE on a hiding to nothing when we lose every week till the end of the season is all.

Also whilst I get your premise, that's only true if they can actually afford to spend the bulk of it. Going of FTGs assessment (which I trust) I'm just not convince that will be the case. Let's hope they do ?

What if we beat Grimsby?
What if we win the cup?
How could that change our future?
