Recent reports claim that Wolves are interested in signing former Sunderland lb Dennis Cirkin on a free deal. The club is in talks with the player's representatives and a deal could go through amid speculation of a Hugo Bueno sale. He will act as back-up to David Moller Wolfe, who is having a good World Cup.

Sources from Spain suggest Wolves were looking to sign Alex Calatrava from Castellon, who had an impressive season in La Liga 2, scoring 14 goals and had 8 assists, and is a versatile attacker, playing as a striker as well as a rw/cam.
Cesar Poixito is also interested in him. But the deal did not go through and Espanyol signed him for just 5 million. Shows a clear lack of ambition from Wolves.

Wolves are reportedly interested in Filip Jorgensen and are also viewing Axel Disasi, a player who was linked with Wolves in the winter transfer window last year, should Krejci depart to Leeds. The Jorgensen deal does not look like it would happen, with Chelsea valuing him at 25-30 Million.

Wolves reportedly interested in Nikolas Polster for Wolfsberger AC (Austrian Bundesliga) and Jacob Widell Zetterstrom (Derby), both promising keepers, who would be excellent upgrades. Still don't feel that Zetterstrom would join us given that Bayer Leverkusen and a few EPL sides are also interested. Leeds are also monitoring him, in case Darlow goes to Man U.

Yes Deep, United have been credited with interest for a while. He came through their youth system, so would give them the added benefit of counting as homegrown to the club, which is a massive bonus for a third choice keeper! It could (hopefully) actually work in our favour, as it likely means he has more value to United than most other clubs.
It's a shame, really, cause in the Champ he'd be a decent keeper, but I suspect he wants to go. ?
