Won't it be to talk about our Europa League game tomorrow?

Miranda gone to Olympiacos report on news now.

Southbankwolfie

1.) 12 Jul 2018 07:34:57
Why do we send players out on loan? Just sell them right there. Also is sporting really trying to get us banned for signing players for the next two transfer windows. It’s pathetic!

2.) 12 Jul 2018 11:12:03
lol we got jota boly on loan ect 😂.

Great news neves signs new 5 year contract Fosun flexing their muscles.

Wonder what his release clause amounts to? Hopefully around £50 - £60 mill.

2.) 30 Jun 2018 16:57:35
RB better than anything I’ve seen in midfield in Russia so far. He’s our Diamond at the mo! Hope he stays for a while yet!
⚽️😉👍.

3.) 30 Jun 2018 17:53:39
He's the best player I've ever seen at Molineux. Goes to show that Fosun are not a company to mess around with. I think the plan is to stabilise ourselves in the PL and then, within 3 seasons take on the Top 6, just like Man City did 10 years ago.

4.) 01 Jul 2018 22:41:27
I bet Portugal wished they had taken Neves now.

Be interesting to see who's replacing Bonatini on the bench today, might not get any game time but would think it might be Niall Ennis.

Southbankwolfie

1.) 02 Feb 2019 23:18:12
Leo hasn't been on the bench for a while as we only start with two strikers and Cav Costa Traore getting the bench places there was a new name on the bench though.

Been relatively pleased with the start to the season been some good performances even with the losses to Leicester and Brighton, Watford one of those days I suppose.
2 months before the transfer window opens up and the rumour mill is up and running and I like everyone else hope to see the proverbial goal scorer joining our talented team, it certainly looks like the missing piece in the jigsaw, would love to see someone like dzeko good team player and renowned finisher, might take some convincing to sign I'm sure but it's the step up in quality we should aim for, striker situation is going to be the biggest talking point until end of January I'm sure.
Looking forward to spurs game Saturday albeit a kick off time probably no fan wants.

I've been a little frustrated the last 2 games with a lack of finishing. But I've looked at the fixtures between now and Crystal Palace on Jan 2nd and I believe we will get at least 16 points👍 And I've worked on us losin to Spurs twice, Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool, so any points off these will be a bonus. I'm not bein pessimistic I'm bein realistic 👍.

2.) 31 Oct 2018 16:43:04
Agree PT. At the moment we should regard the games against the so called big 6 as losses so anything against them is a bonus. It's the other 13 teams we need to work on. Saying that, I've just heard off a very reliable source who sits in on club meetings that planning permission for a 60000 capacity Molineux is due to be agreed in the next few weeks. Same source states that Fosun are looking for Champions league football by 2024. Fosun looked at Villa but we're put off by the debt accrued by Randy Lerner and also Baggies but we're not prepared to pay the price Jeremy Peace wanted.

3.) 31 Oct 2018 18:17:38
Hope it's true Jas 👍 Exciting times ahead👍 One thing I'm 100% sure of, is that we won't ever be relegated while Fosun own us 👍.

{Ed0333's Note - I truly hope you become a force. Have a,ways liked your club growing up in the 80’s when you were in the old first division which is the premiership now. Gosh that was 2 points for a win back then. Showing my age or what?

4.) 31 Oct 2018 20:28:24
My source is a youth coach at Wolves and tells me that Nuno watches every age group on a regular basis and makes sure that every team plays the same tactics as the senior team for continuity.

5.) 01 Nov 2018 12:57:47
Bolton to Barcelona in 8 years! I look forward to that but I’m sure we’ll still get some moaners.
I just hope nunos still in charge.

6.) 01 Nov 2018 16:11:10
Some of these young lads are knocking hard on the door too!

7.) 01 Nov 2018 19:44:46
Jas M. I understand Fosun also looked at Newcastle. Nobody can deal with Mike Ashley though. Glad Fosun bought us! Years ago Sheikh Mansour's people also looked at Wolves before buying Man City.

8.) 01 Nov 2018 23:51:34
Deep throat. Fosun looked at approx 100 clubs across Europe but opted for us for 3 reasons.
1: Price and low debt
2: location, as they wanted a club close to a motorway for easy access (don't know why) and potential to increase ground size.
3: Potential to grow the club on a global scale.

They were interested in AC Milan but decided that they couldn't grow the stature of the club anymore. That's why they opted for a Big club with history rather than an established one.

I for one am extremely happy with our transfer activity, like everyone else was hoping for a strong midfielder to chaperone neves and Moutinho and we may have one in Dendoncker who as I believe can also play right centre half but even though the window is closed we may still hear something that has been agreed but not yet announced.

1.) 10 Aug 2018 10:04:34
I for one -extremely disappointed in Mendes and Fosun we needed a spearhead striker 20/ 25 goal a season top league player experienced to take the weight off the younger lads 40 mil plus striker both mentioned above M/ F could have supplied that missing link I ask myself why didn’t they achieve this when money is no object? Our transfers incoming and outgoing seem haphazard and rushed apart from Patricio and Moutinho.
If you don’t score you will never win a game that’s a fact the best I’m hoping for is 14/ 15 based on our squad but it could have been top 10 with top class proven striker .
Still I’m a wolves fan always waiting to see what will happen and have been for over 58 years my advice to all wolves fans don’t get carried away and support our team through and through no matter what .
Only time will tell what Mendes and Fosun are really up to good luck all .

We have signed Paulo Alves, ex Liverpool. Anyone know anything about him?

2.) 19 Jul 2018 21:03:37
Just checked him out on you tube, looks like a fine prospect to me. He can certainly pass a ball. Really hope the scousers live to regret this one!

3.) 19 Jul 2018 21:15:41
Any player with neves within his name (Paulo Manuel neves Alves) got to be worth a punt surely
Birthday on Christmas Day a real saviour😉.

Can’t fault his goals scored or his commitment to his loan club don’t see that much these days, 16 goals to date is pretty good but as told to me by my grandson who watches villa you should see how many he actually misses he’s saying the difference is if he was that prolific they would be in the top three could of dodged one there who knows
Back to Origi I guess who I personally like
Fabulous second half last night need more of that at home in the league.

Wolvessteve,
We shouldn’t be surprised anymore by our club buddy when everyone around starts panicking out of the blue comes what certainly looks like our first addition to our talented squad
As you say the guy was mentioned on any rumour site and hey presto transfer activity looks like starting to kick in.

Nicely put johny 1989 it’s real exciting times for us at present with the team playing some lovely football and our owners prepared to back the manager, it’s Been a long time since I’ve witnessed anything like our present teams displays.
