I've been saying it since Bentley signed, nothing more than a back up. There was a reason that (despite being club captain) he was dropped from the Bristol City team for months before we signed him and saddly that reason is because he's a liability!
I have no problem with going out of the cup. We weren't going to do much in it anyway. I do however have a problem with being incapable of holding a two goal lead agaisnt a championship side! I know we swapped the team round but our complete inability to defend when in front is a REAL worry cause we aren't often in front as it is! I hope GON doesn't own a dog cause he seems incapable of holding onto leads! Onwards and upwards, hopefully! ??

Gon and his assistant look like two rabbits staring into the headlights, scribbling on his notepad not even animated in the technical area, gon needs to go our midfield was non existent, back line all over the place, and forwards pah whatever his system is it ain't working, players used to play loose and relaxed now just don't seem to be getting gon instructions I cannot see them either tripe and heading down

Sorry but GON as I’ve said has not got a clue. We needed a boost tonight and he’s changed 10 players but not put the right people on the bench for back up. 2-0 up after 15 mins and we should then control the game but we couldn’t control a kids party! Jeff Shi and Fosun have gambled and lost, the fair play thing is a smoke screen as Man City, Villa, Everton, Chelsea are all still spending money but the Chinese government are stopping money going out of the country.

They have just stopped investing, end of. We need owners that are wiling to invest or unfortunately the work we’ve done will count for nothing and the writing was on the wall when we sold Jota. We need to become solid with 3 at the back with wing backs and two holding midfielders so we can play 3 up top.

Can see us getting anything from our next 2 games as City and Villa are better than us and keep progressing. Really hope I’m wrong, but I just can’t see what he’s plan is and I don’t think the players can either! We played Man U off the park but that was following on from what JL had done in pre season. Since then (with the exception of one half against Liverpool) we’ve gone backwards. Wolves board, wake up and smell the coffee, we need a proper manager now!

I also think here that peeps are underestimating the fact that we aren't just missing Lope but we are also missing HIS back room. He said when he came in that our fitness levels were not good and with the second half capitulations it's hard to believe that fitness hasn't become an issue yet AGAIN! ?
