Presumably in the last game, which is why he came off and had his head in his hands, not because he was in despair over joining us after all.
Does make you question the training methods, with so many injuries so early in the season.

As for the injury, I'm afraid this is the problem with signing older players, who have always been quite injury prone. Don't get me wrong, it's still a good signing, but it's not enough to carry a team, which, at the time of writing, very much feels like that was the hope.
Also, as others have said, questions have to be asked. Two MCL injuries in two matches, at this rate we will run out of players by Easter. ?

All this will do is cement Toti Gomes' place in the starting 11.
If I was Matt Jackson and Peixoto, I would move heaven and earth, and try to convince Krejci and Santi to remain until January, and if it looks like we ain't going up, they can go with the club's blessing.
Is Lima good enough to cover Trippier? Is Jackson?
A couple of options would be Diogo Liete, who is a left footed CB, and Kevin Mbabu, who is a RB. Both free agents, but most importantly, both experienced players.

The lack of forwards is the biggest problem. They don't excite or trouble opposition defences for the past 18 months.
Jackson needs getting rid of.
Waste of 3 months and all the homegrown players we have missed out on.
Vitek, Alleyne, Philips, Lankshear, Devine etc etc etc.
