The West Ham game has to serve as a massive wake up call. I know Wolves have a poor away record against West Ham, and I know that Nuno's only job in this world is to haunt Wolves. Wolves could field Carlo Ancelloti's 2002/03 AC Milan side against a Nuno side of decrepit pub drunks and Nuno's team would somehow win.
Wolves have to sort out the defence otherwise automatic promotion will be almost impossible. Wolves are currently conceding goals like a relegation side.
Peixoto has to be strong and drop players who aren't good enough, and the players who are regulars need to wake up and realise that the Championship is a seriously tough league. It doesn't have time for show ponies who think that all they need to do is show up and put their boots on. Mane is one of the worst for this. He needs Trippier ripping his socks off. I can now see why players fall out with him.
Sa has to be dropped. Toti has to be dropped.
For me, Fosun has screwed this transfer window up. Matt Jackson is not good enough for whatever his role is. Look how unbalanced the squad is. Absolutely stacked in midfield, but short in other key areas. Being an ex footballer doesn't mean Jackson knows how to run a football club.
One final thing: please stop this nonstop "Si Senor" love fest. I love bacon sandwiches, but I don't want to eat them six times a day. I love the Si Senor chant, but I don't want to hear it every five minutes. I love my missus, but she doesn't want to hear it 25 times a day. The poor woman would need a sick bucket.

Abbey, I saw the game at the Molineux. How many times have Wolves beaten a Nuno team? I think a Nuno team has beaten Wolves five times. Wolves only have the meaningless 3-0 win at the Molineux. I think Nuno's win ratio vs Wolves is 62.5%.
I watched the game yesterday, and aside from a few moments, West Ham were garbage. They were there for the taking, but that is not how it happens against Nuno.
As said, the guy could beat Wolves with a team of decrepit pub drunks.

I remember the 3-0 win. It was meaningless. Wolves were relegated two months before that game was even played.

It may have been meaningless to Wolves, but it was absolutely crucial to WHU and Nuno. In fact, had they won that match, we would have likely been playing Spurs last night instead of them. Meaningless is relative to the person, and that 3-0 would have been far from meaningless for Nuno or the WHU faithful.

Absolute nonsense. The game was played in January, not on the last day of the season.
Wolves and West Ham could have stayed up in the 25/26 season but didn't. Some of that was due to Leeds and Sunderland performing so well, but it was almost all down to how incredibly poor both West Ham and Wolves were.
Forget November 2025; Wolves were relegated before the season started.
You'll probably find West Ham were relegated on the opening day of the season when they were thrashed by Sunderland, or when Tottenham thrashed them at the London Stadium. It's likely West Ham were relegated towards the end of the season when Aston Villa put out a reserve side against Spurs at Villa Park.
Maybe West Ham were relegated when they made their worst start to a top flight season for 50 years.
If I'm wrong, then why didn't West Ham survive when they beat Tottenham 2-1 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium two weeks after the Wolves game?
The 3-0 win over Nuno's West Ham I'm certain is Wolves' only victory over a Nuno side. Wolves were down, and they caught West Ham at the right time. I don't think West Ham had won for months.
The 3-2 cup win was against Graham Potter's West Ham.

Also, try taking a breath and talking to some other fans, because I can tell you now that WHU fans saw that result as the moment they realised they were in trouble. As you say yourself, we had beaten no one at that point, so for them to suddenly lose by three unanswered goals to the league's whipping boys was a massive wake up call for most of their fans. It was also the point at which many of them started to question Nuno's ability to keep them up.
Haha, do games on the last day of the season count for more points then? I must have missed that change to the rules.
Because WHU were relegated just two points off Spurs and would have gained three by beating us, with Spurs having not lost to us all season. Losing to other relegation candidates is generally seen as worth more because of where those points are now going, it's why they are called 'six pointers', and it just requires a fairly basic understanding of the way in which leagues work to understand.
Maybe try and calm down abit, fella, you realise that you don't need to go out of your way to insult everyone on your first month of posting, right?

Accept when you're wrong. I use facts and figures and speak the truth. You're arguing blind and bending reality for your own needs.
When, according to you, West Ham were relegated after the game against Wolves, why didn't they survive and relegate Spurs when they beat them at their ground two weeks later? You didn't expect me to give that fact, did you? You didn't know that West Ham beat Spurs two weeks later.
I've also seen the post Wolves 3 West Ham 0 West Ham vlogs with the same fans ranting about how on earth could West Ham lose to Wolves.
If you would think before arguing, you'd also remember that Wolves won that game because Mateus Mane blew West Ham away. Every goal came from Mane.
You'll also find, that the real truth is West Ham were relegated at the end of the season when Spurs beat Villa at Villa Park.
This whole argument started when I correctly stated that Wolves do not beat a Nuno side. The stats back this up. Abbeywolf - you - tried to be clever and argued that Wolves beat West Ham 3-0. ONE win in EIGHT games. A meaningless result for a relegated Wolves team.

You didn't know that two weeks later West Ham beat Spurs at their ground.

Not on that occasion toaster, even with a team of professionals and not the Sunday pub team that you were suggesting he'd beat us with, nor does nuno win every game so he's not the miracle man you seem to think.
