Wolves really are poor at communicating with us fans since Laurie Dalrymple left.
Last July (2025), the club announced that the 'Exciting new Wolves Rewards programme' will be launched soon.
I contacted the club in September, December, February and March, and still no update. Another email sent today to see when this exciting launch will be.

They were good at communicating prior to season tickets going on sale. Very vocal and active. Since the close of that, nothing from Nathan. Did he also not say he would have another fans forum in 6 months' time? Well, that period is now up. I would suggest they leave it until the window closes, then they can get all their excuses out in one meeting.

The last fans forum was in early May, so Nathan has until November to have another, but I doubt he'll do it.

This is the reply I've had from the club regarding the imminent relaunch:
"Thank you for contacting us.
We unfortunately do not have any information with the relaunch currently. This is handled with a third party, and we are awaiting information with this.
As soon as more information is available, this will be announced via the website.
We are sorry with any disappointment that this may cause you."
But as I said, imminent relaunch since July 2025.
