Looks as though Mosquera and Munetsi are staying, so a team “that fans can really identify with” is going to be the same team as before, with a few additions. The Fosun cheapskates are pulling the fans' knickers down - again. Now the season tickets have been sold, they can bring in as much revenue as possible from player sales and spend as little as possible.
The Fosun model continues.
GK: ?
RB: Kieran Tripper
RCB: Yerson Mosquera
LCB: Toti Gomes
LB: David Moller Wolfe
DM: Andre
CM: Marshall Munetsi
RW: Rodrigo Gomes
AM: Fer Lopez or Mateus Mane
LW: Rafiki Said
CF: Raul Jimenez
That team won’t finish in the top two. Not enough goals.

Personally, I like Mosquera. Yes, he's a bit of a hot head, but still young, so if he manages to control himself he seems like a solid defender. Hopefully those that stay can put up a fight and return us to the Prem, make up for last season's fiasco.
It's all a bit contradictory in here at the moment. Some are complaining we are selling all our assets, but others are complaining that players are staying.
So far only Gomes has gone, and by all accounts he was sold last Christmas to Man Utd, which goes to show no one knows what's going to happen, and isn't that half the fun. Let's see who else we bring in. Three signings already, and pre season hasn't started yet. Definitely different from usual, so maybe Fosun have learnt, maybe.

I'm almost with you, Franco, but where's Hugo and Armstrong? FWAW.

At Championship level, Raul and Armstrong will score more than enough to be top two, as long as we can stay solid and provide them with the chances to score. Plus, I suspect we will still be looking to strengthen further, as well as selling a few more, like Tolu and, unfortunately, both Buenos.
