I get people are angry with Edwards. He isn't doing himself any favours with his interviews tbf.
But fingers need to be pointed at the players; how many managers have they screwed over now — the same faces O'Neil, VP, now Edwards; it can't just be a coincidence.
We need a no-nonsense manager in who won't be pally with the players and give them a rocket up their backsides.
Hopefully the lot of them will be gone in the Summer except H. Bueno, S. Bueno, Armstrong, R. Gomes; at least they seem to care.
I haven't included Andre or J. Gomes, as we know they'll definitely be gone.
Build a team around the four I mentioned if they stay.

As much as I think Edwards is not the manager for us and is too far out of his depth, I do have some sympathy for him. He has been given a squad devoid of any real talent, and clearly below the required level, and substantially below every other squad in the Premier League.
Fosun have sold all and any of the talent we had, and basically pulled the rug from under the manager's feet.
Bruno Lage first mentioned that things weren't right, but we, as fans, ignored him. Lopetegui said something similar, but we all thought it was just sour grapes.
GON and VP have also said the same after leaving the club.
Maybe Guo listened and decided that Jeff would have to fall on his sword, and Nathan could rebuild the fractured relationship with the very heartbeat of the club - the fans.
Maybe we will see a reset, but Nathan's latest warblings and Edwards' delusional post-match interviews do not fill me with confidence.
The summer window will tell us which direction the club is moving in.

There are clearly a couple of bad eggs upsetting the dressing room, but I feel, mainly, they just don't have the quality. They aren't good enough. Maybe another manager could get more out of them, but to be honest, it still wouldn't be enough.
This season, the failure lies at the door of the board and those responsible for the awful summer transfer window.
