Good post Madman but Fosun had a plan, keep Wolves in the Premier League, bottom half being fine, whilst of course constantly selling off our best to balance the books. A plan borne of ignorance on their part and arrogance on Jeff Shi's part.
Either way the die is now cast and our fate all but secured but you're quite right we now need a new plan. Everything from squad depth, tactics and playing style to the facilities rebuild. Until I see a halt to our better players being sold off every Summer or Winter, as it happens and movement on the latter I'll remain sceptical.
For what it's worth, I see the appointment of RE as an admission of failure and a total surrender of any final dregs of ambition. Some people like him and that's fine but it's results that matter and so far, it's not happening is it. So over to your Nathan let's see what you've got.

Good post Madman.
I do wonder why any professional club would need incentives for any player if they are indeed professional players ??♂️ OK then, how about performance pay? Win - you get paid! ?
I also don’t see any reason why we should bring back old, slow players. Certainly not for a dog fight in the Championship. I know experience is required but so is pace and determination.
What we need is a quick thinking, agile Goalie, big scary monsters in Defence, pinpoint accurate Midfielders (who steal balls) speedy, accurate Wingers and slippery, venomous Strikers ???

The football landscape has changed dramatically since we got promoted BosWolf and Long.
But I think its more a a cultural change across the western world tbh.
Everything is about money and success but we should have also nurtured Fabio Silva and many other players a little more.
To think we had Goncalves, Trincao and Vitinha in our squad is a mad one and you look at our forward options at the moment.
