I don't want to see Larsen go' but 60odd mil isn't something wolves can turn their noses up at I guess' and if Larsen is open to going, no point keeping a player here who could become disgruntled.
As long as this replacement is good wnough' they might aswell sell while there is no animosity.

Ed077 I struggle to think of anyone apart from Newcastle who would be prepared to part with £60m plus for JSL. I'm not saying we should sell by the way but this is a one time opportunity.

Not sure I agree Ken to be honest mate. Some peeps seem to be forgetting that Larsen only scored one less goal than Cunha last year. He's a year younger than Cunha and scored that many goals on his FIRST season! It took Cunha 3 seasons to start scoring, with his best/last season seeing him get 15 Prem goals. Larsen on the other hand scored 14 goals in a debut Prem season and frankly that is immense! I do think some of the posters have got this the wrong way round, the question shouldn't be 'is he worth £60m this season' (because as the numbers above prove he is). What the question should REALLY be is what might he be worth next season if he scores another 16 this time round?!
