If Brentford had been the selling club, Cunha would have been sold for £90 million and RAN would have been £60 million.

Can't help but agree lostcity, and Doyler would be going for more than 3m.

Really. Didn't Brentford sell Ivan Tony for £40 Million?

Didn't they just sell Flekken, a Dutch international with 2 years left on his contract, for £8.5m?

Just to try and put things into perspective, if we sold RAN for 60m he would be the 3rd most expensive left back in transfer history! Now I no he has gone for a little cheap but he wasn’t or isn’t a world class left back so I don’t think we have done that bad overall!

Kepa, who had an amazing season and is a Spain international has a £5M release clause.

Wolves should be looking at Kepa, at only £5m, upgrade on Sa I think Pikey. Some good deals out there. I would love us to sign a new GK, at least 2 in forward positions for a start. If Bueno is happy to return don’t think we are too bad in defence.
New Keeper
Bueno, Toti, Agadoo, Doc, Gomes
Andre, Gomes, Munetsi/Bellegarde
Larsen, New Striker/No 10.
Actually we need cover everywhere for injuries, first team ok with a couple of additions. Did think as well, who now takes corners and free kicks. Used to be Cunha, Sarabia or RAN.
Work to be done, at least this time with VP in charge there is a little more optimism ??

It's really suggesting we let our assets go without question, yes cunha had the price in his contract, yes length of remaining contract plays a part, but we never seem to stand our ground holding out for a decent offer.
It does suggest we bring em in and let em go, jota, neto, even Neves was on the cheap but dug us out, so maybe we're a club struggling to survive in the big bad world? OR, maybe we value the players in our team more and the more well off with larger turnover and 'bigger' stars don't see wolves players the same. Ronaldo for example has a bigger commercial value in him than on pitch abilities alone.
One deal I thought we did well onwas MGW, but he's flourished at forest and now seems to command a value far greater than I imagined. Who really knows the workings of the agents the clubs the press and pressures?

One of the reasons we have been able to sign players of a calibre perhaps above our reputation and position is because we develop players and don't price them out of their 'dream move'. If young, hungry players want to develop, especially with the help of Uncle Jorge then we are up there with anybody.
Because we are open to selling we have been given a chance to watch Neves and Jota for example

Kepa also earns £150k per week.
Reports claim he was on £75k per week at Bournemouth are partially right as Chelsea paid the other £75k

That’s a no to Kepa then on those wages, ridiculous

I think you're on to something there Tim156. Part of the package of choosing Wolves for an up and coming player is that they know they will have autonomy in choosing where they move to. If we had a reputation for bargaining too hard when the time comes it may put them off.
