Just heard that Newcastle are very interested in Mateus Mane. He just signed a new contract till 2029. Will he still stay at the club, even if it is relegated. Thoughts?

Mane will obviously leave at the end of the season if we are relegated. If he continues his cracking form, he may prove to be Wolves' first £100mil player. Remember Zeli Ismail?

Maybe a case of selling him to a premier league club but hopefully loan him back to us for the season in the championship where he will play regularly, hopefully we don’t sell him .

If Mane continues his form he will be too good to risk in the championship even if he stayed. He looks an even better prospect than Diogo Jota was, and Jota was hacked continually in the championship with us.

If this kid Mane keeps going the way he has been playing so far, we have a long contract with presumably no release clause, so the sky is the limit for him. Every top team will be interested. Once in a while a generational talent comes along in any league, and we may have such a talent. Jeff thought he had signed one in Fabio Silva, but when Jeff resigned, there was Mane under his nose awaiting for his chance.
Would Jeff and VP have given him chance? Full credit to Rob. I can't see how we can hold onto Mane after this season, so let's get a bidding war going. Think what Citeh paid for Grealish for a start.

Strange, that Wolves have picked up since the clueless jeff Shi has been replaced.
I am teetotal but the day that clown left our club I actually had a drink or two.
