Well, pleased with the first game, showed a lot of promise for the season, yes, var robbed us again but we had so many chances, utd were running scared of us, look how they celebrated when they scored, they new they were lucky. feel we will win more games this season with this style of play, bring it on, coyw

I think we will all be uplifted by the performance!
Such a relief to see the players committed.
Midfield finally looks like it has bite and going forward we are starting to look a threat (surely goals will follow).
One small negative point, I think Bentley deserves a chance in goal.
Let's give Brighton a real fright!

Is this VAR nonsense going to spoil another season because that wasn't a VAR error as it was clear on video for them to see. Just like ffp, VAR is being used to protect the 'big 6 clubs' and massage results when and where possible.

Yes, we should have had this game tied up by then and our inability to score is unbelievable at times but we pay to see a fairly contested game of football.

I've watched Wolves for 57 years and referees have always made mistakes but now the technology now exists to stop that, however, when it suits them they choose not to use it to overrule the ref. Even their goalkeeper thought he was in trouble.

Apologies don't cut it for me, they do that to cover up the corruption by calling it a VAR mistake. It wasn't a mistake it was a deliberate decision not to intervene and of course the result stands.

Tough result to take at end after VAR decision, we played on front foot for majority of game and missed 3 great opportunities, VAR aside we should still have won if we took our chances, very good performance.
One thing of note, I decided on cancelling my SKY sports package this morning, corruption is at play with decisions like this, its turning me off watching games, fans need stand up to this as its clear the bigger teams are protected, last nights ref should be suspended for a few games

Um I'm all for the positive vibes but this is the second time I've read someone say that we had the same with Nuno and I'm afraid there's no truth to it! When Nuno came in it was off the back of managing Valencia and Porto and we were in the Champ! Anyone who thought that was a downgrade had to be stupid or crazy, we were and still are VERY lucky that he even took the job considering he had a MUCH bigger profile than the club at the time! All for positive vibes but let's not re-write history to achieve um eh ?

Had to change my user from wolfcry, now wolfcall. Don't know what all the negative fuss was about, win our last three, no goals conceded, I said Nuno saw something in Traore, now it's coming good, till on Southampton and villa, can't wait #innunowetrust, #togetherwearestronger.

Traore is developing fast, with more consistency. He changed the game in Istanbul when he came on for the second half. And he won the game for us at The Etihad. He had Raheem Sterling in his pocket in the first half and then the explosive runs in the second half. Traore can defend against the best and he can score against the best. What a player he is becoming. Power. Skill. Speed. Hard to put a value on him now.

Nuno sees things in training that none of us see. Most of us questioned getting rid of Cav and keeping Traore. But obviously Nuno sees his true potential, talks with him, and now he’s bringing the best out of the beast!
That’s why Nuno will be the gaffer on Monday., and I’ll be driving my fork lift. As we keep saying ‘in Nuno we trust’. Traore just proves that we should trust his judgement.
