I have found it difficult to determine what players we require and for what positions. I see no particular project regarding the way we set ourselves as within 10 mins of kick off our players are running around the pitch in all different positions- . We buy players to play in certain positions then I believe they are asked to do different duties. - can any one see any positive and constructive project taking place on the pitch since Nuno left - 3 managers, How many captains . Hugo Bueno is our longest serving player? .Let’s get back to basics we have the players to stay in the Premier - we have to recognise their true qualities in the positions that they are used to - not iPad players as the match proceeds. Let’s remember we spend millions on coaches etc checking out our opponents game plans etc before we play them - our last3 managers have had decent opportunities to build at least a solid base to create a mid table Premier side. - so come on you coaches start doing the business and earn your money.
