Not really worth speculating but 3 years out of the game, however being available would soften the blow of any payoff to GON.

I've supported Lage and always sa8d that he should be given time to mould the team as he wants it, however the simple fact is that over the last 15 games, including the solitary win, we have looked toothless going forward. We look alright in the defensive and midfield thirds but in the opposition area, we don't look as if we know where the goal is. Lage has identified the issue but he can't seem to address it and therefore, he needs to move on. The big question is when, not if he is sacked, who will take over. Ideally someone like Tuchel, Zidane, Low, however in reality it will be someone like Rob Edwards, Sam Allardyce or Mark Hughes.

On a positive note our skipper had an excellent game for Everton, certainly helped them turn the corner. Whoever made the decision to give him to them should hang their heads in shame. They couldn't run a tap!

Love it Skrekken. Seriously though Lage has burnt all his bridges. We have cried out for a striker in our situation, we get one with a record, and we bench him. We are short in defence so play our best midfielder there, and keep defenders on the bench. Play them, and if they don't work out then by all means make a change. If we have no means of attacking the opposition all we end up doing is defending. I am bewildered by Lage's thinking.

According to stats Cunha scored 0 zero goals his last season at Atletico Madrid. Looking at where he is now I would be very careful using the word tricked into playing for wolves. Don't know where that is coming from.

For instance, although you say he scored zero goals, which is true, you didn't mention that he only started 2 games or that he only played 370 minutes.

We bought potential when we signed Cunha his stats at Hertha and Sion were respectable not so good at RB leipzig and Athletico. To a certain degree the move has probably developed that potential. However it would seem to me that he needs careful management. GON seemed to understand that, if the lad can't or won't respond to the new management maybe the club and player need to part company on the best terms for all concerned.

Deflected first goal, marginal offside for the third which I think was just offside, and then we have a disallowed goal when buenos arm locked by the defender so what could he do, and then we hit the post twice. Then, we are so slow and predictive and scared to just shoot.
VP has some work to do, changes to make and hopefully bring in something special. Hwang must have something in his contract about appearances, because he shouldn't be in any starting line up.
Sad to say on that performance we've not a lot to look forward to.

Difference actually was we had hwang and jsl.who wer both useless.again.we had as many chances as they did.jsl specifically wasted ours again.i like him.but easy misses are becoming a bad habit.and the defending was woeful.2goals from being unmarked on the penalty spot is bonkers.defo need another cb.a quality1.they took their chances.we didnt.poor defending.and poor finishing.simple as that.vp needs to deal withit.!

Watching that I really hope Cunha is able to play rest of the season.

First half we were good and very dominant. Should have scored more. 2nd half we def took the foot off the gas but still I felt it was pretty comfortable. Had another couple of shots hit the post. Abagadou looked calm on the ball and strong and I liked what I saw. R Gomes played well and was always lively. Gomes and Andre bossed midfield. Guedes played well and seems to be developing into a better player as I think he has the confidence instilled into him now by Vitor. Hwang played I presume to build his own confidence but he had another poor game. He needs to be benched for Newcastle. I have been one of his biggest supporters but I think he will move on for a fresh start. It’s just not clicking for him now.
Most important think is a win and let’s take that to the toon and I would happily take a point right now. COYW

I don't think Guangchang has become what he is with Fosun running around and not giving a hoot. Fosun is not a factory in east Germany 1970. He is clearly a person who wants to see results. If this means he will sell out or invest is impossible to know. They clearly will do something. Will anyone be interested? Wolves is a brand and premier league only have room for 20 teams in this formula 1 for football. It's a very exclusive club for rich owners. So don't talk yourself down as a club. She is a front for more wealthy people, she does the deals and is seen, so they can stay hidden in the background, like at Newcastle. I would expect that to be the case with you, if she is involved.
