Kenneth Omeruo not coming to Wolves according to his facebook page.

1.) 17 Jul 2017 10:39:54
Not to bothered about this news and I am sure that once the lads are back from tour there will be more comings and goings.

2.) 17 Jul 2017 13:02:49
No suprise to see Jack Price doing well in a passing side.

3.) 17 Jul 2017 13:45:08
Ike Ugbo has gone to Barnsley.

4.) 17 Jul 2017 13:47:47
Assombalonga has gone to Boro. Probably score the winner against Wolves on the opening day of the season.

5.) 17 Jul 2017 13:57:58
A Boro fan will likely say the same about Negrado.

6.) 17 Jul 2017 14:27:38
Just because we didn't sign him?! 😂😂 maybe we never wanted to sign him. maybe you're all took in by paper talk.
Do we say this for every player who scores against us? "We should have signed him"

We will obviously sign at least 1 striker.
Calm down.

03 Sep 2016 07:58:02
So Mike Williamson probably out until 2017! Good job we've now got plenty of cover.
Should get rid now and cut our losses. Not sure anyone will buy him though, retirement more likely. Sorry Mike.

1.) 03 Sep 2016 09:10:12
He would have been back this season had it been done sooner. It would be a nice story if he came back and propelled us to promotion, tho.

2.) 03 Sep 2016 09:15:55
Team for Burton. Ikeme Doc Baath Stearman Borthwick Jackson Tex Saiss Prince Costa Big Dadi Cavaleiro. Mighty Wolves 5 Burton 0👍.

3.) 03 Sep 2016 09:37:29
He's out of contract end of the season so either way we would have to pay him up so might as well keep him just in case he actually does get fit.

4.) 03 Sep 2016 10:47:25
What a waste of 200.000 a lot of money in our world.

5.) 03 Sep 2016 11:04:44
We're paying Mike Williamson's wages till the end of the season anyway. Who knows, he might come back for a final promotion push in February/ March? There may be alternative scenarios, like, we could pay off his contract now but it must be in both party's interests to wait and see.

6.) 03 Sep 2016 11:27:47
Spearman is now looking more and more like a shrewd bit of business. What ere the 'footballing reasons' for shunting him to Fulham in the first place? Perhaps Moxey saying to Jackett that if he wanted to hold on to Afobe he had to recoup some money. Then Afobe goes in January and we get Williamson to shore up the defence which we needed because we couldn't score. Total mess but at least we haven't been left with a bomb squad.

7.) 03 Sep 2016 11:48:31
Paul that team has have me the shivers, God knows what burton are thinking!

8.) 03 Sep 2016 12:25:52
That team put out regularly will put an extra 5 k on the gate! And hopefully keep us in play offs at least! Forget Saville Evans coady and although I like him Price, and Edwards and Hause. Walt must be brave and go with that team! Remember it's Burton were playin not Bayern 👍.

9.) 03 Sep 2016 12:54:10
We do have to be cautious of Burton they have had a couple of promising results and scrap for their lives. That being said if we can batter them I think this will send a message to the rest of the division.

10.) 03 Sep 2016 13:35:41
Look down that little lot and find a CH;

11.) 03 Sep 2016 15:55:04
Pauls team for Burton Albion would also be my team. Supported by substitutes that must include Coady, Mason and Iorfa. Coady and Mason have both played very well and don't deserve to be dropped but you can only play 11.This is a great problem to have and it begs the question about Dicko when he is ready.

12.) 03 Sep 2016 18:21:31
Coady and Mason why would you drop them they have been playing well it's Edwards, Saville, Iorfa and Price who played badly at Huddersfield and will be lucky to get to play next match in my opinion on that performance.
The midfield was non existent last game 1st half, second half was a lot better when Zenga sorted the midfield out and I think we were very unlucky to not come away with at least a point if not two, but to me the damage was done first half.

13.) 03 Sep 2016 19:41:06
We haven't even seen Silivio yet and he's supposed to be dynamite when he's fit.

14.) 03 Sep 2016 20:00:04
We have some good players but we haven't seen them play yet there will likely be one or two that really aren't as good as we hope and knowing our luck one or two will be injured most of the season I think we will start with about 50/ 50 old and new players.

15.) 03 Sep 2016 21:29:03
Team v Burton:

Doherty Batth Stearman Borthwick-Jackson
Oniangue Saiss Teixiera
Cavaleiro Bodvarsson John

Subs: Lonergan, Iorfa, Hause, Coady, Costa, Dicko, Gladon

Back-up; Silvio, Price, Wallace, Mason

Just my opinion obviously.

16.) 04 Sep 2016 01:11:28
My team v Burton:
Iorfa Batth Stearman Doherty/ bw-j
Costa Oniangue Saiss Cavilerio
Bodvarsson Mason/ Gladon
I personally think with the players we have 4-4-2 is the best formation.

17.) 04 Sep 2016 08:17:59
Lol at people naming as many new players as they can in one 11.

18.) 07 Sep 2016 11:08:39
yeah because there better than we've got let's get them gelled and nail this league.

So so sorry to hear about Benik Afobe's tragic loss.
My thoughts are with him and his family.

1.) 01 Dec 2019 13:23:14
Very sad news mate, at 2 minutes maybe a 2 minute applause at the match today?

2.) 02 Dec 2019 22:07:01
Doc spot on.

06 Oct 2019 16:03:37
Cannot believe what I just watched! Amazing match.
Whole team to a man played their part but the back 3 and in particular Rui was outstanding.
Chuffed for Adama.
Icing on the cake was all those empty blue seats of the disheartened city fans.

1.) 06 Oct 2019 16:18:29
Yeah so all negative fans saying dendonker is crap watch that game he wos as good as the team and traore 2 goals bloody amazing.

2.) 06 Oct 2019 16:24:03
Can't wait for Coven to analyse the result. Let's see what flaws he picks out today.

3.) 06 Oct 2019 16:24:44
Totally chuffed for Traore. He is really coming into it this season, great faith in him by Dr Nuno. Well done you Wolves.

12 Jul 2019 06:36:08
Now that Fosun have rescued Thomas Cook does this mean discounted holidays for the faithful 😀.

1.) 12 Jul 2019 08:43:13
It means no signings! 😱😂😂😂.

29 Jun 2019 16:18:30
Good luck to Michael Zyro back in Poland.
Hope you get on well.
Shame on Antony Kay for ruining such a promising career so recklessly without even so much as an apology.

1.) 29 Jun 2019 17:21:04
Absolutely agree Niknaklady!

2.) 04 Jul 2019 09:05:19
Spot on!

01 May 2019 18:07:02
Can anyone enlightened me by telling me what Raul has done to his wrist?
I read most news about Wolves but I've not seen any report of his injury.
Thanks in advance.

1.) 01 May 2019 20:40:19
Not sure, but I know what i've done to my wrist watching Wolves this season!

2.) 01 May 2019 21:28:23
Hmmm, not sure how to take that 🤔.

3.) 02 May 2019 09:24:11
Fair comment. was thinking the same.

4.) 02 May 2019 11:12:23
Raul is suffering from RSI (Repetitive scoring injury)

5.) 02 May 2019 12:26:53
Now that makes more sense! 😀.

6.) 03 May 2019 09:00:07
RSI very good.

There is a picture on Jota's Twitter page of his ankle. Very swollen and cut. Don't know what the medical verdict is but I would guess he'll be out for at least a couple of weeks.
Wishing him well, he's been a key player for us.

I'm pleased with this piece of business as it's a short term fix. Afobe's attitude when he left stunk. But hey maybe he's grown up a bit and can do a job for us. If it works out great, if not he goes back. Either way Nuno won't put up with a load of nonsense.

Great news Wolves intend making Jota permanent in the summer - however - has Jota himself agreed the move? I haven't read anywhere that he has agreed to making the move permanent. As I understand it Wolves have just stated their intention to make it permanent.
Really don't want to put a dampener on all this joy - I'm delighted Wolves want him.
Just would be nice to get a statement from Diogo himself to make it clear.

What a stunning, amazing match! So thrilled for the team, manager and unbeatable fans.
But what am I hearing this morning - Oh dear Man City unable to catch Liverpool now, will have to look to Leicester. What a pity they have blown their chance of closing the gap .
Err excuse me, there is another team here WOLVES who played amazing football and outplayed and outwitted them.
Nothing! Makes me mad. Just wait, we're coming and you'll have to take notice.

Well he's smiling tonight, 3 goals in 11 minutes- outstanding man of the match.

Agree Phil.
One concern for me howeveris Jota seemed to be really miserable out there. Having scored 2 goals after such a lean spell I would have thought we'd have seen at least a smile. A bit of a worry but maybe I'm missing something?

I'm probably going to be slated for saying this but footballers and fans could learn a lot from rugby players and fans. Rugby players don't fall like they've been poleaxed at the slightest touch, at the end of the match they have respect for each other. Fans supporting different teams sit together and enjoy the match together. None of this childish slagging off of the opposition.
Lots of lessons could be learned.
