During Sky's coverage of the Liverpool game did I hear the suggestion that Wolves wanted to get rid of VAR because of the number of decisions that had gone against them.? In what part of wolves statement did it say that? Personally I am so proud of nature, content and tone of the Wolves statement . We've gone where others fear to tread. May not be the biggest club but we e got the biggest balls.

Let's be honest Frome, if all those dodgy decisions had gone in our favour, we wouldn't be complaining.

Firstly Lost that's not possible cause we aren't a top four club, so you might as well have said 'let's be honest if we could fly we'd score more goals'! ?
Secondly I would still be complaining cause like LOTS of other footy fans I want to celebrate goals again! People seem to think that just because attendances are still bursting that footy's going from strength to strength and it just ain't true! Take a min and have a look at the speed with which youth amature leagues are being wound up and it tells a VERY different story!

Anyone know if lLiverpool have robbed wolves of Alvin Ayman yet or are we persuading him to stay with the good guys?

Yes West Ham indeed Wolves may have to watch the pennies. You see the taxpayer did not fund a stadium for us and grant us a lease on terms described as the deal of the century. Let’s hope Spurs and Man U come up with something not quite so insulting.

Why on earth would wolves want Nunes back? . Over the season he was with us his performances were generally dire. How on earth we managed to get our money back plus is beyond me.

After the horrors of the sellers era I thought Hobbs was nothing short of brilliant given the pool he was given to fish in. He also seemed adept at promoting the club to potential incomers something the current revolutionary guys appear to be struggling with. In my book a sad loss.

Think Hobbs is a big miss and overall did brilliantly trying to fish in the modest pool he was given. He also appeared to have the knack of selling the club to prospective players. The revolution that I presume tried to dilute his role and led to his departure does not seem to be performing well. The latest acquisitions seem to be a of mates of members of the current squad namely a bit of a DIY job. Whatever fingers crossed for a performance on Saturday.

Well said Penkowolf. Totally agree. Overall a poor and expensive performer.

Well was 9 at the time. Have children and grandchildren all educated to be Wolves fans. My youngest sister however produced a Villa fan! Reported it to Social services but they didn’t want to know?! Have a sister 15 years older still a Wolves fan who remembers the best team in the world (Honved) times.

{Ed001's Note - in 1662? Wow, I am impressed you can use technology. My dad can't manage this and he is only in his 70s but it is painful watching him trying to type a text.}

Hope it ends up like the opening fixture of the 1662/63 season. Saw it with my own eyes with a rampaging Ted Farmer back from injury. A few games on and Trds injury resurfaced and eventually took his more than promising career. A real tragedy. Oh the result -Wolves8 Man City 1.
