Seems we have had an approach for the Real Vallacano Boss. Been rejected and he wants to stay in Spain for now

Ruben Neves to Man U is apparently going to happen 17 million.

FcWolves

1.) 19 Sep 2025 06:01:12
Are you suggesting Wolves try to re-sign him?

Should we offer him as close to his current wage as possible £275k per week or not?

2.) 19 Sep 2025 09:43:41
Yes I am suggsting that. The only problem with it is his wages Wandering.

Seems we are interested in Mateus Fernandes from Southhampton

Thoughts

Decent young player, probably good backup and when they played at molineux last season he looked alright, but won’t be starting for us, but definitely good backup if we can get him relatively cheap.

Hey guys this is my first post.

I have just seen Wolves are interested in Tammy Abraham from Roma once his loan at AC Milan Finishes.

Thoughts?

FcWolves

1.) 10 Mar 2025 07:07:21
He has been of interest before Fc.
With Cunha going and Larson not performing, we will need someone next season!

2.) 10 Mar 2025 09:55:14
Nuno tried to buy Abraham and a price was agreed, about £27mil? Deal fell through on a technicality to do with the number of clubs he would have been registered for that season I think.

3.) 10 Mar 2025 11:19:45
Not at 27 million. Until we know what division we are in and is Cunha staying, all I would say is that he is an option, although I suspect the players preference would be a London club or Villa.

4.) 10 Mar 2025 14:56:44
I don't think Cunha will leave. I'm hoping that his recent sending off has convinced other teams that he has an attitude problem and £62.5m is too much to pay for a player who will be banned twice a season.

5.) 10 Mar 2025 17:09:05
Welcome FcWolves!
I would give him a chance. Experienced striker, British and passionate. May be the ideal time to return home.
If he’s injury free now sign him up!

6.) 15 Mar 2025 18:47:47
Won’t happen. West Ham trying to sign him but his preference is Villa.
We are far more likely to look at Yuri Albert. Linked previously and has worked with Perreria.

7.) 15 Mar 2025 20:47:50
No thank you. There’s a reason why nobody wants him now. His parent club don’t want to keep him, the club he’s been out on loan at don’t want to sign him.

8.) 15 Mar 2025 22:04:00
Performed today didn't he?.we don't play to him.put the ball over into the box more.hes good in the air.he should be able to hold the ball up better.thats his job.but.abraham wudv been a good back then but now.not so sure?

9.) 16 Mar 2025 09:15:30
Tammy Abraham? We have as much chance of signing Tammy Wynette.

10.) 21 Mar 2025 10:30:54

List of free agents

Rui (former player)
Tomiyasu
Denyayer
Dawson
Regulion
Oxlane chamberlain
Pijanic
Alli
Payet
Insigne
Alcacer

Would anyone take any of these

FcWolves

1.) 13 Nov 2025 21:54:57
Id take a few denyayer and Alcacer maybe the others over the hill and past it

2.) 13 Nov 2025 21:57:32
I see we maybe open to selling john aris back to Brazilian football in jan. Move ain't worked out not suited to premier league football too weak on the ball and not aggressive or skilful enough to go past players here. Add some funds for rob to get hackney in maybe

3.) 13 Nov 2025 23:01:30
Hackney is a Boro fan I can't see him coming to us unfortuantly.

4.) 14 Nov 2025 00:13:50
Just not sure I agree Simon to be honest buddy, not having a go at you because it's just the standard narritve (these days with new signings). But has he not worked out or has he more realistically ONLY just played in the Prem for the first time with a sum total of 10 games after spending his entire career before playing in South America?! Add to that he's been bought into the WORST team we've had under Fosun for £15m and been told to go out and replace a first class, £62m Prem player (Cunha) over night! We all seem to forget that even Cunha was woefully average for his first 10-25 games at the club and that was after paying top whack and him coming from fairly established Euro teams!
As I've said before Arias was the right signing, but as always with Jeff we signed him at the wrong time! The day Cunha signed a 'new contract' we CLEARLY new he was leaving for £62m come the next window so we SHOULD have gone out and signed Arias that (Jan last year) window but he would have likely cost that little bit more (£2-5m).

But what that extra money could have bought us was a player that was possibly ready to play by now/once Cunha left when we CLEARLY needed him!
Arias has had some moments of brilliance and I suspect is still one of the ONLY technically gifted players we have left in this thread bare squad! What should determine if he stays or not is if Rob can get a tune out of him before we can't afford his wages (if/when relegated)! With the squad in its current state and with a new manager currently desperately searching for a miracle (personally) I wouldn't be in a rush to get rid! Let's be honest finicially we are screwed if/when we go down either way so (for me) I wouldn't be so quick to get rid of a techically gifted player who could yet help light the path to Robs small chance of finding said miracle. Just my take obvs ?

5.) 14 Nov 2025 09:05:20
Just hope Fosun back rob Edwards and he has a say on what he needs fingers crossed looking forward to the palace game need a result COYW

6.) 14 Nov 2025 09:16:54
I agree with Arias comment. He has come from a different league and come into a poor and no confidence team. He was never going to be able to replace Cunha like for like and you would struggle to sign a player who could. If we get a few better players around him and start playing better I believe we will see what we have been told about him.

Cunha first season he was pretty useless and then something clicked and he was unstoppable at times. I hope Rob can install confidence and a style of play quickly and get the players battling. Who knows what players we may loan or sign January but what we do know is we will be linked to about 5 players per day and sign 2 or 3.

7.) 14 Nov 2025 09:52:48
In fairness Arias has moved continents, as others say walked into a struggling club with all sorts of issues. Regards the EPL comparison with south American leagues, I suspect Brazilian and Columbian leagues aren't exactly mamby pamby.

8.) 14 Nov 2025 11:05:34
Arias is a very good player who will flourish in an attacking minded team. Pereira played such defensive football that it stifled his play. Hopefully, Edwards will play a more expansive game and we'll see the likes of Arias, Jackson and Lopez improve.

9.) 15 Nov 2025 08:42:32
Agree there goodwhile, I tend to believe that the players we acquired under VP have been stifled in their styles and a change of pattern will give them the freedom to do their stuff.
All the best to Edwsrds I honesty he's got a hell of a job to perform. Not expecting miracles but if players start enjoying the game again it'll.slowly come.

26 Oct 2025 21:54:06
It is disappointing to see our great club in the state it is in at the minute. The best thing FOSUN can do to save us now is leave. VP please terminate your contract with us it will help us dearly.

My score prediction for the game is 2-1 us with a cheeky Tolu chip in the last minute.
My lineup:
Johnstone
Doc Santi Krejci Hugo
Bellegarde, Andre, Joao Gomes, Rodrigo
Larsen Tolu

FcWolves

1.) 26 Oct 2025 12:07:02
Can't start both strikers otherwise will have no options when we're losing at half time / need a goal late on

18 Oct 2025 21:24:38
So if we do sack VP my personal favourite to replace is Ange. He could get the team working well together and maybe get us a trophy (Unlikely whoever is managing us). If not Ange who does everyone else think that we should get behind as a club because VPs time is surely up by now.

FcWolves

1.) 18 Oct 2025 22:49:24
He should av gone last week.
If they leave it any longer
We are doomed to the championship
Give him his marching orders
What about southgate if he's availible

2.) 18 Oct 2025 22:53:03
Edin Terzic, Ten Haag, Dyche, Ange. Anyone who sets the team up looking to actually score a goal rather than bore the opposition with backwards passing. I have never seen a manager play such negative tactics.

3.) 18 Oct 2025 23:24:11
Ange? Have you not seen his gung ho tactics for the last two seasons leaving a wide open defence? Just what an already wide open defence needs.I trust you are just jesting.

4.) 18 Oct 2025 23:55:32
Anges tactics may be gung ho but at least his teams try to score.

5.) 19 Oct 2025 00:25:48
The same Ange that got Spurs finishing below us?! Are you guys serious?! As for the rest not a single one of them bar Dyche would touch this shambles with a barge pole! They don't want a relagtion on their CVs and for any sane manager they will see that is precisely where we are headed! ?

6.) 19 Oct 2025 00:53:14
Need Shi to go too.

7.) 19 Oct 2025 08:56:04
Well something needs to change and fast. At the moment we can't defend or score.

8.) 19 Oct 2025 09:01:21
To be honest guys Ange is what we need right now. Someone to get us out of this rut we have been in for the past 4 seasons. This club is shambles and I am seriously starting to worry if relegation to the championship is not the last relegation we will face in the next 5 years or so. It is hugely disappointing for all of the loyal fans that turn up week in week out. FOSUN out. COYW

03 Sep 2025 06:25:45
I think that it will be better for us as a club to go down as the owners would sell very quickly.

FcWolves

1.) 03 Sep 2025 07:11:43
I think there isn't a choice, we are going down.Cannot rely on the 3 promoted clubs getting relegated.Sunderland and Leeds look better than Wolves at moment.

2.) 03 Sep 2025 07:38:54
I know the season's start hasn't been good' but with the new additions up and running hopefully soon' I really think we'll be ok this season, it might not be pretty at times and we might get turned over once or twice, but I've got a nagging feeling that we will end up around 13th, 14th.

3.) 03 Sep 2025 07:52:22
Really, Fc? I suggest that you read some of Future's posts and/or check out the club's accounts and then let us know if you have the same opinion.

4.) 03 Sep 2025 08:41:11
There's the facts and financial figures granted old wulf but I wonder more in Fosuns continued association, international matters outside of football may have a bearing but also do fosun want the clubs business anymore? Getting shot of us after maximising whatever income they can during and after this season might be preferable than continuing to hold the Fort in the championship, I'm sure as an investment company they're used to losses for the greater needs.
Dunno if it would apply anymore but it was often said it was more financially successful to be fighting for promotion in the league below than fighting relegation in the current one. But as I jokingly said below, we'd need Jeff bezos to put a smiley arrow, or musk to place an X on our shirts.

5.) 03 Sep 2025 13:40:27
Can this site come up with a different section for all of the whiners to post?
I've been reading this nonsense about us definitely going down for years.
Who wants to come to a site and have to read the same negatively every time? I might as well listen to conservative politicians.

{Ed001's Note - what is the point in a forum if you are only allowed one point of view? Are you Donald Trump?}

6.) 03 Sep 2025 13:59:34
Think it’s fairly obvious, as Abbeywolf has mentioned, that international matters have a bearing on our situation. ie what restrictions are imposed on Fosuns overseas investments? Think it’s fair to say that we no longer have the relationship with China that we had 10 years ago. What is surprising is that all the other club owners upped and left just after Covid so why have Fosun hung on to us? Get the impression we’ll be sold soon but probably my wishful thinking. Personally I don’t think I could handle relegation again. Too many wilderness years watching Wolves in the Championship/1st/2nd/3rd/4th divisions. Please not again! Never really got over the sacking of Mr Cullis.

7.) 03 Sep 2025 15:29:22
If you want to be a site that caters to extreme views, like Fox News, go ahead.
But sane people stay away from Fox News.

{Ed001's Note - you are the one wanting it to be like Fox and only give one side. Do you not understand what you are saying? It is nothing to do with extreme views, just to do with allowing both sides of the argument, but you want to dictate which view is allowed. Sadly seems you are not cut out for the internet, you just want to look in a mirror and talk to yourself about how 'handsome' you are.}

8.) 03 Sep 2025 15:57:27
All views from pessimistic to optimistic should be embraced as they are the views of those people.

The only posts/posters that I believe should be censored are the inflammatory or insensitive posts, such as yesterday's 'People who would take 17th now are negative. Probably married to a 5'

9.) 03 Sep 2025 16:59:46
Absolutely spot on Mol, it's an opinions forum if you don't like opinions then its probs just not for you Handsome. Also very much agree on the 'married to a 5' comment, that's nothing but pathetic, toxic masculinity bullsh1t and has NO place in a grown up convo. Can't remember who said it but you know who you are, do better!
