Now that Neves has gone what about using the Loan market to recruit top players that cannot get game time. Look at Phillips @ Man City, England International, plays in a similar role to Neves, never going to afford to buy a player of that calibre. Then Myron Boadu, pacey goalscorer from Monaco that scores when he plays but behind Ben Yedder and Volland in their pecking order.

Myron Boadu would be a class signing, seen him play, 21 years old Dutch international worth about £12.6M according to transfermrkt. Struggling to get into Monaco team ahead of Ben Yedder and Volland but ticks all the boxes for typcial Wolves signings.
Nico Gonzales from Barcalona would also come into that catagory, whether on loan, loan to buy or outright purchase.

{Ed002's Note - Boadu does not struggle to get in to the Monaco team - he plays pretty much every game when fit. Wolves have no interest in him.

We don't have to spend big to improve the squad.

We do not require a keeper to replace Ruddy - Sarkic and Sondergaard will give us cover. We do not require any wing backs as with Semedo, Jonny, RAN, Giles and Hoever we have plenty of cover. Would be nice to bring in a Centre back but with Coady, Kilman, Toti, Mosquera, Boly and Donk all capable of playing there maybe one addition (either Tarkowski on a free) or look at either (Oscar Mingueza - part of the Neves deal) or Merih Demiral or Goncalo Inacio who have been linked in the past. Midfield is interesting but if we can get in Nico and Puig (as part of the deal for Neves) I would take it, with Palinha and promote Cundle this would leave us good competition in midfield with or without Moutinho (who I would keep). Wide attacking positions are covered with Neto, Podence, Hwang and Chiquinho. The striking department is where we urgently need reinforcements - take a look at Myram Boadu or Hugo Ekitike both around the £15-20M mark and/or Emmanuel Dennis who scored goals for Watford.

In evaluation if we sell Neves (and replace with the 3 talented players Barcelona are offering), Traore, Boly and Dendonker (who would be surplus if got the players in), MGW (who probably would want a move to Forest) and Jimenez (try to get a sizeable value before its nothing) with the wage saving from Ruddy, Saiss and Marcal we would probably break even with most of the players we require.

OK i'm not Lage/Shi or Sellars but these are players that are not out of our reach.

I am head scratching with regards to any Wolves fan that wants to see the back of Conor Coady! He leadership qualities are second to none, he is a full England international and Captained our Country. Yet certain fans say he is past it or not good enough? With his commitment, leadership qualities and footballing ability, who could play in a back 4, 5, holding midfielder, central midfielder, even right back during his early Wolves career. How can you write him off?

I cannot believe what I am reading here? Are the ones who want Nuno out been "supporting" Wolves post Fosun era? As when we were in the old 4th Division with Graham Turner or the 3rd tier with Kenny Jackett we could only dream of a top 7 finish, 1/ 4 final of a major European Competition and World class players in our ranks! Nuno's selection and tactics have not been perfect, but by God look what he has done in so little time! Judge him after next season with no European distractions, if Fosun back him and key players stay faithful to the cause then a top 4 finish is very achievable.
