Wolves and MC have agreed a fee for ain't Nori and it gets worse the figure is 31mill going up to 36 mill with add ons. Only Wolves could sanction that deal it should of been 40 mill plus but it's done so we just got to find a replacement and not get screwed.

I think Man City have paid Angers Angers the £9.5m buy out fee so Wolves don't have to pay the anything.

2.) 07 Jun 2025
07 Jun 2025 21:22:23
If that’s the case then good but if not and wolves have to pay Angers then that’s poor, should be at least 40 to 45 million

3.) 07 Jun 2025
07 Jun 2025 21:43:29
Let's just hope AIT is a big success for Man City much the same as Matheus Nunes was.

4.) 07 Jun 2025
07 Jun 2025 22:50:37
Who's coming in is more important.
Rednan
Martins (assume a loan)
Lino
Mcatee or Elliott
Yuri Alberto
Evann Guessand

Pretty exciting if you ask me.
Rednan, Lino and Guess and for the sale of Cunha.

We can hardly put those two in the same boat, Wandering. Ait Nouri served us well, while that chump Nunes hardly had a decent game and we were well rid.

6.) 08 Jun 2025
08 Jun 2025 09:32:43
According to Liam Keen Wolves have bought our Angers share for £9.5m. So City have got a very good deal and whoever sanctioned this is a very stupid tw*t!

7.) 08 Jun 2025
08 Jun 2025 13:58:50
Hope they get the Ait Nouri deal done very soon, every time I read about it the price drops! The way it's going we will soon be paying them to take him off our hands. Talk about giving assets away, it's crazy.

8.) 08 Jun 2025
08 Jun 2025 17:16:03
Have to say that Nunes playing as a right wing-back for City has been one of Pep’s biggest success stories of the season. Rapid from box to box, speed wise able to keep up or beat most wingers and really solid in the tackle. We don’t like the player but it shouldn’t cloud our judgement.

So pleased for neves tonight, great for him to get the winning penalty, Portugal just know how to win!

10.) 09 Jun 2025
08 Jun 2025 23:27:56
I wouldn't trust the E&S with any news these days. They have been shut out of Wolves for a while since Spiers left in 2019.
If you notice apart from Nathan Judah the stories always have a negative spin, as they are written by journalists that are Villa fans.

11.) 09 Jun 2025
09 Jun 2025 18:14:54
Daily Mail quote's transfer has now been completed at £33.7m. initial fee of £31.7 with £2m add ons. So it worse than we thought. Gosh Mr Shi drives a hard bargain!

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE SHEER INCOMPETENCE.

12.) 09 Jun 2025
09 Jun 2025 18:33:26
Ken that's not a bad deal with City paying £9.5m on top to Angers.
Wolves have doubled their money and kept a player for a sustained period.

13.) 09 Jun 2025
09 Jun 2025 18:42:07
Wolves paid Angers £9.5m according to the Express and Star. I have no reason to doubt that, Liam Keen as I pointed out the other day.

14.) 09 Jun 2025
09 Jun 2025 19:15:09
Ait Nouri had 12 months left on his contract, so £31m ain't a bad deal. Or we could have let him run down the last year of his contract, let him play while not happy because we didn't let him move and then lose him for free next year.

15.) 09 Jun 2025
09 Jun 2025 20:03:27
For goodness sake Wandering get your facts right. Yes he had one year left but we also had a one year option in our favour. So effectively two years so no it wasn't a good fee!

16.) 09 Jun 2025
09 Jun 2025 21:09:22
So let’s assume the fee is £36m. E&S confirm it was Wolves who paid the £9.5m to cancel the sell on clause. This means we get less than Sunderland get for Bellingham who’s never played in the Prem! Any thoughts Wandering?

17.) 09 Jun 2025
09 Jun 2025 21:11:10
Did we take up the option of the extra year? No we didn't. So he had 1 year left on his contract.

18.) 09 Jun 2025
09 Jun 2025 21:12:10
Also, you do realise, that to activate the extra year, the player has to agree to it.

19.) 09 Jun 2025
09 Jun 2025 21:37:07
Yes Vintage. Bellingham had 3 years left on his contract compared to the 1 year AIT had on his.

Now obviously TAA is a better player than AIT and so is Mbappe but Real Madrid managed to get them for free as they were out of contract.

In effect, Man City have bought out the remainder of AIT's contract plus his wages and profit based on his value for the rest of his Wolves contract.

20.) 10 Jun 2025
09 Jun 2025 23:57:10
Wolves lost their negotiating power when Vito said he didn't want players who didn't want to be there and Rayan said he wanted to go to City.
Way to go, Vito.

21.) 10 Jun 2025
10 Jun 2025 00:29:07
Wandering. Just so you understand regarding the option RAN signed his contract with Wolves for a set time with an option in the clubs favour, so he is already committed to the contractual terms. We would have had up until the end of June next year to trigger the option that he had already agreed when he first signed.

22.) 10 Jun 2025
10 Jun 2025 06:06:56
So, if he had been an abject failure, would the extension have been triggered? Probably not, so the option is just that, an option which obviously the club chose not to exercise.

Maybe once AIT changed agent a few weeks ago, they knew he was here for 1 year max so decided to cash in on him.

23.) 10 Jun 2025
10 Jun 2025 09:03:05
So now we have "could haves" and "maybe".
I'm going to sit in a darkened room.

24.) 10 Jun 2025
10 Jun 2025 09:27:37
Ken68,

I'm not going to argue with you. You have your opinion and I have mine.

AIT has gone. We have Bueno to replace him for the time being and I'm sure the club have targets who will come in.

We move on without the players who have left and support the players who remain and who come in.

25.) 10 Jun 2025
10 Jun 2025 19:20:01
Clubs don't tell fans anything that's going on or what the owners intentions are but when it comes to the Millions of £££££'s being chucked about like confetti we're supposed to take the figures involved as gospel, really, it makes absolutely no difference to fans whether a fee is a hundred Million or a hundred pounds anyway, its them and us, their money to play with, we can pay to watch, if we so choose.

26.) 11 Jun 2025
11 Jun 2025 12:56:59
I'm excited for the players linked with us:
Rednan
Martins
Yuri alberto
Lino
Mcatee
Elliott

Exciting.

I'd add
Jota (heavily linked with a move from Liverpool)
Badiashiale
Veiga

I'd add some Gestifute players at Chelsea and PSG with massive squads will be looking for moves this summer. At PSG you have achieved everything you could so the prem would appeal.

Interesting summer I think we will have a really strong squad it needed a refresh with an excellent tactical manager at the helm. ODCL
