Net Profit: £99.5m - £69m = £30.5m
PSR Context:
• Premier League allows £105m loss over 3 years.
• Wolves' losses: £67m (2022/23), £14.3m (2023/24).
• Estimated PSR headroom for 2024/25: £20m-£30m.
Additional Spending Capacity:
• Profit (£30.5m) + Headroom (£20m-£30m) = £50.5m-£60.5m
Summary: Wolves can spend £50.5m to £60.5m more in the 2025 summer window without breaching PSR, assuming amortised fees and stable costs.

If the costs are correct ordinarywordtree no excuses in making the 3 or 4 signings that VP wants and needs, they also need to be ready to start. Any new rumours out there?

But fosun won’t spend that ordinary, they will want to show a profit, if we spend another 30 million I will be amazed

The profit used for PSR won't be 30.5.Income will be adjusted for amortisation of each player and spend will only be the new amortised cost of the new players. To calculate what the effect of psr will be on the player deals is far more complicated.

Ordinarywordtree nice bit of research but your figures are out because the fees are spread over 1 to x years depending on the contract length so possible amount the can spend will be different to what you say.

For this summer's spending, the financial years that count are 23/24, 24/25 and 25/26. Of these, only the former is currently in the public realm (loss of 14.3m). However, we can also hopefully assume that the 24/25 figure did not breach the maximum allowed loss of 23.5m (105m less 67.2m less 14.3m).
If this is the case then the maximum loss for 25/26 is 67.2m. How this will translate into availability of funds is anyone's guess because, as has been mentioned before, Wolves seem to haemorrhage money compared to clubs of similar ilk but you'd hope that money of the amounts suggested by ordinary might be available but, as we've seen, it's not necessarily easy to persuade the right players to come.
