Jordan Henderson on a free anyone?
Would maybe bring experience and leadership to a young team.
Wages could be a problem though.

As I am sure you are aware I am always keen on a free transfer.
Homegrown and would bring buckets of experience.
But CM is probably the only area left that we still have top quality first choices.
Thus if we can afford him to be a back up and after we have bought the other 7 or 8 players we more desperately need yes.
But a low priority at a time when we have some extremely pressing high priorities.

Wouldn't be a bad option but as already said our central midfield is quite well stocked. I expect he might be Sunderland bound on a free as they're his home town club and recently back in the PL.
