Have managed to get a couple of days away from work, and going to the game on Tuesday. Staying in a hotel 5 minutes from the Molineux, not on the city centre side. Any suggestions for a nice meal before the match?

Bella (Italian) opens at 5.00pm you will need to book. If you need a little more time due to 19.30pm kickoff, suggest a gastropub which serves all-day. Great option on the Wergs Road (slightly further out of the city, but within 10 minutes of Wolverhampton (traffic dependant) The Crown at Wergs. Good food good choice and ideal for an early meal.

Steak and chips at the Crown is very good, not joking this time. The Ribeye is excellent though not cheap but then again is anything these days.

The Crown on Wergs road is a very good call. Not too far from where you’re staying Plymouth, and their food is really really good.
Take a look on line Plymouth, or maybe drop them an email, checking whether you’d need to book a table in advance.
