Need to bin off Mendes. He played a part in the Uche deal falling to pieces and now he's actively working against us for coin. He's a mercenary. Better off without him now.

For the price he is surely a "no braner" and the last thing Wolves want is for very good players to turn up at a rival club because supposedly Mendes for reasons only known to him was apparently trying to sabotage the club?
Very strange and surely not true but Wolves desperately need good players to sign - especially ones coming for what seems like a bargain price! The club needs to bottom out the issues and if it is as simple as it appears -i.e. Mendes not acting in the club's interest or upsetting the other parties, (he is being paid handsomely to make deals run smoothly not rough them up and destroy them!), then if by merely not using him for this deal it gets done then sorry he is taking off the case.
In what other industry do you hire an expensive contractor who not only can't do the job but actually damages the business that is employing him?
