So the London press is reporting Spurs to offer £100M for Cunha and Jao Gomes according to Always Wolves Fan TV.

They can offer what they like. It's up to the club to reject it.

£150m for both or no deal.

I think we can get more we know what Cunha is going to go for and Gomes is worth more than £37.5 million.

The £62.5m Cunha price is a offer which will trigger the buying club to negotiate a deal with the player. It doesn't mean that Cunha will be obliged to go.

Don't forget that Wolves have to sell players regularly to avoid PSR and to satisfy Fosun's edict to be self sufficient and other clubs know this.

Depends on which report you read and believe. I've read one report today stating that only 4 clubs are in danger of breaching PSR - Villa, Everton, Leicester and Newcastle. Then another saying Chelsea, Arsenal, Forest Man City and Palace aswell. Crucially, none of the reports listed Wolves as close to a breach, therefore it seems the decision to sell our better players is not to stave off a breach, more a decision by the hierarchy.

Agree Wandering, the PSR situation with Clubs is very muddled.
Shi last public missive included a reference to the fact Wolves have never been at risk of breeching the rules, but like the media, difficult to believe him.
It feels that Mr Guangchang now does not see Wolves pushing to be part of the upper echelons of the football pyramid. Happy just to muddle along, looking to avoid relegation each season.
Not an inspiring goal for us fans!

Personally, although all clubs need to keep an eye on PSR I've felt for some time Wolves or rather Fosun use it as an excuse. I think you sum it up nicely in your final paragraph Rugeley because that's exactly what's happening.

No ambition beyond Premier League survival, 17th? yeah that'll do.

The reason wolves will not breach PSR is due to management action rather than an accident. Wolves have an average operating loss before transfers of about 30 million a year. To break even they need to make a profit on player sales of 30 million each and every year….this position is clearly not sustainable . Until operations can break even without players sales wolves will always be in jeopardy of relegation. Not sure how they can do this without significant owner support which does not appear to be forthcoming.

Maybe they need a bigger stadium.
