Apparently it has conveniently been leaked from within the club that the compensation package for releasing Vitor and his team is pre agreed in his new contract, and isn't vastly different from the short term contract he was previously on.
This must mean that Vitor is on his final warning and Fosun are close to pulling the trigger.
Personally I'd love to see him use that as an incentive. play his formation, tactics and the players he's chosen and take 6 points from the next 2 games and turn the tide!

Fans have criticised VP's team selections, tactics and substitutions which may, of course, have merit given the times we've managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory in some games and he may finish up being sacked sooner rather than later. That will be 6 Managers/Coach's in 5 years so you have to ask the question, why? The answer being of course decision making based on finance rather than football all the result of the dumbing down of the Club by the owners.
Their man at Wolves has failed miserably but is still in post. Their financial restrictions on the club has enforced the sale of our best players every Summer. Their failure to recognise that their lack of ambition and investment in the fixed assets of the club has put the club in a race to the bottom. Some say we can't compete with clubs that have invested in larger stadiums and created bigger income streams, actually highlighting Fosun's failings.
Any call for fans unity may be noble but that won't change anything, almost as pointless as my spoof Positive Thinking Crystals. Hope, prayer and wishful thinking within the fan base achieves nothing. You can't hope for success, that takes knowledge, ambition, dedication, funding and above all planning to succeed. Fosun offer none of those things to this Club and haven't for years.
What they do rely on, for appearances sake, is a cheering crowd, hoping for the best outcome, something that has been denied to them for far too long now. Wolves fans who pay their hard earned surely deserve better and if Fosun won't provide that, as Ron Moore says "why waste anymore time hoping they will", especially when they've said they won't.
Some have posted the old 'be careful what you wish for' but what's worse than our current situation locked in the re-occurring nightmare every season of a relegation struggle, it's purgatory for the fans, the players and the poor sod who has to make sense of on the pitch for 6 months, fail and then get the push.
This has gone on for way too long now so I repeat my earlier comment, if Fosun won't back the Club properly, they need to sell it.

Interesting Molineuxway, is he still in Portugal, read somewhere that all coaching staff were back in Portugal not sure if true, or if that means anything.
Does Mendes get involved with replacement managers, seem to remember him being involved in the past, we need some help convincing someone to take over ??

LongmyndWolf I don't pretend to understand the financial aspects of our football club but I find it hard to accept that any owner of a business would wantonly devalue it's value by stripping it's assets unless the business was planned to enter administration.
The value of a Premier league club is mostly due to it's position in that league, and therefore it seems that Fosun's self sustainability model and reluctance to invest in fixed assets and infrastructure points to their intention to sell up.
Regarding squad investment their options were invest up to the limits of PSR (I don't know how close they came), or splash the cash and pay the financial and points deduction penalty.
In fairness to them I understand their logic, why would you invest now if you're looking to offload asap and the investments will have no effect on the short term value?
It seems the situation is fans want Fosun out, Fosun want out, but there is no willing buyer on the horizon.

Absolutely, Molineuxway why would you? Unless they believe the self sustainability model can work in this League, even when each seasons purchases appear to be less talented than the players you've just sold.
If they are looking to sell why would you place the Club in a position that makes it look so unattractive and minimise it's value? I believe that they believe their target of mere Premier League survival is sustainable over many years whereas in truth they are flirting with disaster, one that could cost them hundreds of millions.
I hear Jeff Shi is refusing the E&S's requests for an interview, maybe that's an indication that something is going on.
