They didn’t actually win promotion though, just missed out so It didn’t matter in the end. We now have the appropriate licence. Well done Jeff, got there in the end.

I wonder if you'd have said well done Jeff if he'd done that to the men's team?! It was shameful and any re-writing of it is as well! The squad were devasted by the lack of support and no one should be getting a pat on the back for that! ?

It was in jest bullysboy, I was one of the posters who founds it a bit outrageous that we didn’t have the correct licences. All that effort put in and it was fairly pointless, could have just had a season without trying which kind of defeats the purpose. Just lucky for the club they didn’t get promoted otherwise it would have been more heartbreaking.
