I see the Opta super computer is now predicting Wolves for relegation as we had no points after 3 games, now 4 of course. It may seem a bit odd to be making any predictions so early in the season but maybe it heard Jeff's comments that he considers the first 10-15 games as the early part of the season that we may need to settle in the 'new team'.

Having said that it 's probably taken into account the attitude of the owners, recent history, the progressive and ongoing selling off of our best players and the stats of the players we've signed. So does it make it's decisions based on the facts and pure logic and does it lack consideration for 'the human factor' such as players ability to adjust and 'up their game' as it clearly doesn't seem to think this team is good enough at the moment.

It also can't account for Fosun's secret weapon i.e. The January window. If, however, we are struggling by Xmas in the zone, how many more transfer rejections are we likely to incur then? Will our ability to improve the team just diminish further and the computer is predicting that as well? It probably feels we can't keep dodging bullets forever.

We all hope VP can get the nose up but do we have the talent, the reputation or the backing to pull it off? It may be early days for some but wouldn't it have been nice, just for a change, to have some points on the board by now? So yet again we're surrendering the opening games points to the 'it takes time' mantra and although it's how you finish the race not how you start, are we seeing any evidence of the potential for that required level of improvement?

I had a better game than hwang, sitting at home listening to it oxley.
Admittedly he was mentioned more times in the first two minutes than in all the games he's played this year and that was his goal v Everton. Somebody likes him tho!
