If another club are liked Shada123 he will go there, more than likely anyway. Just seen VP looking forward to the new season and City game, maybe he has seen something we haven’t, guess he has to be positive though. Did see as well he says they hope to bring in maybe 1, 2 or 3 new players before window shuts, first time I have seen it drop to possibly only 1, not a good sign. They probably keeping funds for the inevitable need for signings in Jan.

Adli said the other day he didn't want to come to us, bournmouth wernt in the mix then publicly tho, but yeh we're chasing monitoring etc but comes to nowt. What is Teti doing? He's Upped the price for Fabio after a deal had apparently been agreed so we're still stuck with a large wage bill for nothing.

I'd never heard of Adli before he was linked with us.

He may be a very good player BUT over the last 3 seasons, he has missed a total of 61 games (23 last season).

Maybe it's a risk that Bournemouth can afford to take.

VP wanted Toti and additional coaches. Fosun granted that and Hobbs was gone. The fact that identified players have opted for other teams is beyond our control. If they want a specific team, player/agent power prevails 90% of the time. Posters complain that they don’t want players who don’t want to come. Need a degree of realism here, we are not a preferred option for many would be targets, understandably so and not Fosun fault. Portugal/Brazil link has served us well but it is proving difficult to attract players from other top European leagues. Spain, Italy, France and Germany have loads of attractive options for up and coming players. Premier League is not the only league to provide European options, our places are usually decided before a bal, is kicked!
