Having been suporting Wolves since the late 1950s I have seen many ups and downs but today reached a new low with the behaviour of Mateus Cunha. I have no doubts about his skills and abilities but he now rates as the most vile and indisciplined person to represent the club. I never want to see him in a Wplves team again. Cash in at the first opportunity. I cannot see the likes of any respectable British team wanting such a person in their squad.

I wholeheartedly agree, for all his obvious skills, his discipline gets the better of him.

Have to agree with you Hednesford - been supporting Wolves since 1950 and we have seen the good, bad and ugly but today put us to shame - The club captain scoring a great goal and then, — I have no words to express my feelings.
Whatever happens to Cunha will only strengthen our resolve and with the manager that we have now I am certain we will stay in the Premier.
As for Mr Cunha I believe we should heavily fine him for his previous behaviour and what has happened today for tarnishing the name and the colours of our great club - I suggest somewhere in the region £ 6, 000, 000, to be paid directly to the club when he is booted out (transferred) before another club takes responsibility for his actions.

Every player has a snapping point, Kerkez was at and a few other players. Were taking lumps out of Cigna all game, there were many little niggles also during the game, not defending his actions, but as someone who’s played at a decent level, I’d have done the same, just the headbutt would have been a proper one, the blatant winding up and cheating is ruining the game, diving around, cheap tackles, and yes we have one or 2 that do it, it drives me mad watching it.
Bournemouth are a very dirty team, and we played into their hands

Whilst I agree that cunha was being targeted and not in the game as he'd like to be, the game is the game it is. He can't afford to have a issy fit and finally respond the way he did. No, it was more gesture than action too and kerkek tried to make into a visual assault, but Cunha had to go.
He should have known he was letting everyone down and we, (evidently now), can't afford to have someone behaving like that.
I like the guy, he's a great ambassador with little Junior, he gave him his J after his wonderful goal, but I can't help but think a little of cunhas shine as gone for him too.
I imagine that an apology of sorts will be forthcoming.

I hear what your saying Abbey, I know from
Playing that some days you just lose it, I’ve been on the end of abuse, and it’s hard. Yes he gets paid well, but he’s only human. I’m not gona blame the loss on him. The te had chances to be better in the game, defending and attacking

It was a very foolish reaction and a ridiculous sending off with just mins on the clock. However I do think this is all abit over the top gents. Most vile person to represent our club are you actually serious?! I liked Kevin Muscat but the man was a leg breaking thug with a football kit on! ? And then talk of a £6m fine c'mon let's be realistic please?! Cantona didn't even get that for kicking a fan!
Look I'm not defending the behaviour guys but come on, he just lost his head it happens! I would also just remind people that whatever we might think of his discipline if we didn't have Cunha this season we'd already be as good as relegated! Let's just hope the ban isn't too long and that Larsen can start scoring again ??
