I would love to see Djiga play against Liverpool on sunday let's see how good he is. If he's anywhere near Agbadou or Munetsi we will be all right climb up the league hopefully.

Nobody, absolutely nobody, expects us to get something out of the Liverpool match - except me. After the January window we have a spring in our step. I can see Cunha getting the only goal of the game.

I would take a nil nil game that’s dull without any clear chances.

If we get battered it’s because we played for points and didn’t just go full Jose and park the Iberian bus.

I want to be positive and part of me does think it could be 2-1 with us stealing the points at the last gasp with a goal from Guedes/Gomes. But another part says we could be beaten by 3 or 4 goals.

Can't see VP changing his style of play and we do look tighter at the back. TBH maybe controversial but I think we also look better up front with Guedes instead of Larson. I only say that because we don't seem to use him and he looks completely isolated. Liverpool also have a midweek game against The Vile on Wednesday. Maybe they'll need to rotate their squad a little to cope with the fixture congestion. Regardless it'll be a difficult match and if we lose I honestly don't think we'll get beaten heavily. I'm optimistic we'll get something from this game.
