Seen online, if Liverpool miss out on Kerkez then they'll offer us Harvey Elliot in exchange for RAN. Don't think that'd be bad if we keep Bueno and Gomes for LWB. Anyone any thoughts?

RAN is better than Elliot, he is also FAR more valuable to us than Elliot is to them. This feels a lot like us getting Hooever and them getting Jota which we are STILL waiting to get our end of the value out of! If they want RAN then they can pay the money for him as far as I'm concerned ?

A swap? No. It'd have to be Elliot and at least £15m as there is no way that a fringe player at Liverpool who has played a grand total of 258 minutes and contributed to a singular goal (assist), is the same value as a full International player who has played 2882 minutes, scored 4 and assisted 7.

Imagine a straight swap would be the opening offer, not one I'd want us to accept.
Tbh, I'd rather have Kelleher in any RAN deal. Would help with the home grown contingent too.

Now you are talking Stud. Kelleher would be a great signing.

I don’t want to deal with Liverpool anyway after the Jota Hooever ‘deal’. There’s a reason they are offering Elliot - they don’t want him. We should tell clubs who think they can come in and raid our club for our best players that if they want them then they pay our price and cash up front not in instalments.
They want our players they pay our price on our terms.
