Danso has not rejected Wolves he wants to come Lens are reluctant to let him leave but a offer of £25million would be enough.

I'd say anywhere between £22-£25million would be a good deal.
Will bring a lot of strength to the back line and hopefully help against set pieces. If we were to get him in then we'd just need some sort of mid/forward and done

I guess Rated, Shi will now be moving in to panic mode, so we will probably over-pay for someone who may come reluctantly. We have a history of that behaviour.

That is the going rate for Danso. Should have paid the same amount for Botman when we had he chance.
We are a couple of players short of a decent team and the defence needed to seriously be invested in.
£25m for £200m in the summer.

Doubt Danso will come to us whilst threatened with relegation, more likely it's a smokescreen and we'll end up with Akpa who we're supposed to be interested in.

Agbadou Danso Akpa/ Toti easily stay up then.

At the minute anybody over 6'3" who can kick with their left foot and head a ball would do! Actually I qualify for that but my battery scooter would get in the way mind you would help sort out annoying players!

Madman, Wolves offered and Lille accepted £12m and Botman agreed terms. The problem came when Newcastle offered him double the salary we did and Lille twice the price that we agreed.

That can't be correct Wandering cause if both a fee and contract were agreed then why didn't the club push the deal through? If I remember correctly Newc met his release fee which we refused to do, a release fee he has since made look like an absolute steal! I don't blame the club for trying to do deals on the cheap but then equally you can't blame selling club when they chose to go with the higher bid.

As I recall, the clubs were trying to close the deal. Newcastle put in a last minute bid and offered Botman double (£90k per week).
